Yes i agree we never seem to have fixture clashes with the Aussies and to be fair don't seem to have any issues with our current Poles either but even Iversen has clashes sometimes so probably a good policy to stay away from Danes but i don't see why a major rebuild is needed.

Yep i have friends in Peterborough and have seen him ride and in my view Kurtz is much better, not talking about his average just my opinion, hope he rides in the EL next season so i can prove my eyesight isn't failing! If he was that good why did Peterborough stop him riding at Sheffield with a lame excuse just to get a better guest.

I Gomolski has more potential in my book, towards the end of the season he was getting double figures in some home meetings and on a 5.51 average is a snip. Newman may not be allowed another season at reserve depends on the rules.Agree Watt isn't value and wouldn't want Bjerre even on a 5 point average too inconsistent. Thomsen isn't good enough and we tend not to have too many Danes in recent years preferring Aussies, rather have Kurtz to Thomsen.

He has done well for Peterborough and i have seen him a couple of times and he is a decent rider but in my opinion would struggle at second string in the EL when teams are looking at riders like Brady Kurtz as second strings who is much better.

I thought you may say that! I doubt many fans will be disappointed though as we know the Poole team will be fantastic whoever the riders are. Bjerre isn't the rider he was and i wouldn't even want the improved version!

He would be a better option than Thomsen. My view is Chris Holder and Maciej Janowski nailed on and i would certainly have Kacper Gomolski back he has improved so much and can improve above his current average, Brady Kurtz would be a good addition or Kyle Newman in the main body, both would be risky and probably North on his current average is worth considering, Davey Watt has been good but he won't get any better now so i can see him being loaned out.

Thomsen isn't good enough, he needs to prove himself at Pl level yet, i have seen him and he's nowhere near Brady Kurtz level.

Surely the point is the final finished at heat 14 when we were six points up,heat 15 was irrelevant to the riders as the contest had finished. Do you think Janowski would have happily trundled round behind the Belle Vue riders if we had needed to win the race.

What a night that was, terrific full on racing with both teams going for it. Belle Vue were excellent and i expected a 5-1 in heat 15 as we had already won it and celebrated, some seem to think Janowski would have still poodled round following the Belle Vue boys had the meeting still been alive. For Kacper to come up with the vital win was fantastic, i think he should be kept for next season, terrific performance.

Where did i say he didn't break the regulations? If Kyle had gone off 15 metres there is a chance he could have caught them. I have already said he should have the points deducted.

That won't happen, has to be decided before wednesday or it makes a mockery of the whole final. It has to be right to deduct the points although it could be argued with the way the Belle Vue reserves riding quite possible Kyle Newman could have caught at least one of them.

Hope Kacper is ok, be very tricky without him, has been terrific lately.

tv rules most sport, clubs are told when and how they have to run them and we are all just meant to tow the line but the sport needs tv so they will always have the upper hand.

Janowski is a top class rider he is in the top eight in the gp series just had an off night even the best have those and he will be a different rider wednesday.

Entirely agree with you, he should have been excluded but apparently the rules don't allow the result to be changed, i can't see how that is possible, loads of meetings have had their scores adjusted although in this case it could be argued that Newman was so good on the night he could have won from 15 metres had he not had to ride with shale being thrown in his face!
