  1. But still top flight standard riders. Did Kyle Newman really just say Leicester would be in the Play Offs if they started with that team? ?? You're in the RIGHT play offs Kyle. Leicester have improved mid season but not top 4 level. Nice comedy moment.
  2. Please tell me why. Not that you will come up with anything of any logic.
  3. I always laugh when I see a Stoke supporter talking about a crap track. The racing last Wednesday was miles better than this yawn fest. Even Stoke could be more entertaining. Yes I know, that's a joke.
  4. Disagree. To the televised viewing public they will see it as relevant. (the casual speedway or sports fan).
  5. silly comment. interesting comment. However I'd say the result would be the same whatever the riding order. Put a 2nd tier team up against a top flight one and there will always be more strength, particularly at the bottom end. It's on BT next Monday.
  6. Harris already does and both had the opportunity to double up at the start of the season.
  7. No surprise. .. A top flight team is always going to be way more superior than a 2nd tier one. And we are the weakest top flight it's ever been! Borefest so far.
  8. Thank god for the play offs. As always make speedway seem relevant and current. Long may they reign.
  9. And yet people will still say that a Championship team is nearly as strong as a Premiership team. Always will be nonsense. The Lions just way too superior over the championships finest. What a bore fest so far.
  10. I'll start her up in the morning just in case. About time the behaviour was publicly condemned. And already said it was said in the heat of the moment. How peaceful has this forum been without that vile poster making it unbearable. Long may it continue.
  11. Thought it was confusing! Only appeared as your post so perhaps that explains it.
  12. So, did you go then or not? Both posts conflict the other!
  13. Yes very true. Ditto any rider who was doubling up from last season. Yes very true. Ditto any rider who was doubling up from last season.
  14. It isn't an opinion based on a team I support. That's quite a silly thing to suggest.I get that others, including Aces fans, suggest that it was the wrong decision. I don't have to disagree with that, it's just my own opinion. It's an opinion based on what I saw. I watched the Fricke crash on BT tonight, repeated several times and again another I don't wish to watch again. He wasn't in the wrong each time I watched it yet I got why he was excluded as it would have been wrong to exclude either 2 riders who were also involved in the incident. Yet Max did nothing wrong. It was a coming together and a racing incident. Same as the Freddie/Bjerre, a coming together and a 50/50 decision. Either would be unlucky to have been excluded. And of course I hope Max recovers well and is fit for the final GP.
  15. Freddie has put out a video on social media of him walking and smiling so news is starting to look brighter. Let's hope we start hearing positive news regards Jacob. I still stand by my comment on it being meaningless but of course you are correct that it's an official competition so I fully understand some might see it as an opportunity to win an official trophy. The competition was binned for several years because no one supported it. Has there been good crowds to support this competition for it to continue? Genuine question as the crowd for the 1st leg at Wolves was poor.
  16. The colts indeed have been a great success. Absolutely enjoyed watching them ride this year and a class above at NL level. League titles are the bread and butter, anything else are crumbs IMHO. And yes I would feel the same way if we were to win the KO cup with or without a full side.
  17. The least excited about a meaningless final I think I can ever be. Whitewash in both leagues. Should give the Aces fans some crumbs to hang on to of a decent season. They won't lose this chance.
  18. I've watched it several times on broadcast. And was of the same opinion each time. 50/50. I've no wish to keep watching a crash that finished the season for a rider thank you very much.
