  1. I think it's his comments on TV talking about wanting to be world Champion.
  2. Cook thinks he is. And I suppose the foul abuse Woffy suffered last year at the NSS was mild in comparison and a large section of Aces fans are very well behaved in comparison. Aces management have acknowledged the despicable behaviour of Aces fans in the Play offs, rightly so. I guess you can see how hypocritical your post comes across, as well as sour.
  3. I'd assume it's because he isn't very popular. He's no Woffy let's face it.
  4. I'd agree with that. Second string yes.
  5. I have asked previously without much success (not of you, just in general) what crowds have been like for any of the KO meetings? General consensus seems that crowds have been poor. Which kinda backs up my point. Be interesting to see if Aces fans turn up for this one tonight. It might have a factor I agree, but I don't think crowds are there to support this competition. Hopefully they will tonight.
  6. The fans continue to vote with their feet. No one is interested in the KO Cup.
  7. His scores of 8 and 5 for Rye this year means he could be seen as a risk.
  8. I was frankly shocked! as previously stated to another poster Nicholls has been average at the Green this year with two scores of 7, Wells has scores of 8 and 5 for Rye. Morris meanwhile appears most fans guest op choice.
  9. It's a danger to read things as you want than what was intended. The goading was rather pathetic and I stated so. I'm not going to keep explaining what I meant or what you thought I meant. The original comment I made I admitted was said in haste. Any other comments about certain Aces fans were inflamed by goading behaviour. I don't read my reply as likewise 'goading' in #461 just further infuriation. So hence no need to get into any further 'goading' discussions. Not anymore although I have no idea why you feel a need to PM me!
  10. Which was my point. They are still good enough in the current watered down top flight.
  11. But still top flight standard riders. Did Kyle Newman really just say Leicester would be in the Play Offs if they started with that team? ?? You're in the RIGHT play offs Kyle. Leicester have improved mid season but not top 4 level. Nice comedy moment.
  12. Please tell me why. Not that you will come up with anything of any logic.
  13. I always laugh when I see a Stoke supporter talking about a crap track. The racing last Wednesday was miles better than this yawn fest. Even Stoke could be more entertaining. Yes I know, that's a joke.
  14. Disagree. To the televised viewing public they will see it as relevant. (the casual speedway or sports fan).
  15. silly comment. interesting comment. However I'd say the result would be the same whatever the riding order. Put a 2nd tier team up against a top flight one and there will always be more strength, particularly at the bottom end. It's on BT next Monday.
  16. Harris already does and both had the opportunity to double up at the start of the season.
  17. No surprise. .. A top flight team is always going to be way more superior than a 2nd tier one. And we are the weakest top flight it's ever been! Borefest so far.
  18. Thank god for the play offs. As always make speedway seem relevant and current. Long may they reign.
  19. And yet people will still say that a Championship team is nearly as strong as a Premiership team. Always will be nonsense. The Lions just way too superior over the championships finest. What a bore fest so far.
  20. I'll start her up in the morning just in case. About time the behaviour was publicly condemned. And already said it was said in the heat of the moment. How peaceful has this forum been without that vile poster making it unbearable. Long may it continue.
  21. Thought it was confusing! Only appeared as your post so perhaps that explains it.
  22. So, did you go then or not? Both posts conflict the other!
