I hope to god that's not true. Would mean no ruling can ever be deemed plausible.

Would seem complete nonsense when you look at the rules it's pretty clear Tai wasn't going to be reassessed. Wonder who is right as Tai was neither 'absent for more than 3 seasons' or 'absent for a season thru injury??? 16.2.3 AMENDED MA’s may be either Established or Assessed MA’s that have been amended with the Approval of the BSPA GC or MC for: a) Riders who have been absent from British League racing for more than 3 seasons (NB. The MA may be increased or decreased). Riders who have been absent for more than 1 full season due to injury. -
you can't use a rider already released in the same season. 16.3.3 A rider in a Team's declared 1 - 7 at the end of the previous season and not included in that Team’s new season’s initial declaration may not be subsequently re-introduced into that Team without the express permission of the MC. 16.3.4 No Team changes will be allowed after 28th July with the effective date being 31st July, except for riders returning to the Team after injury. And need announcing by the weekend with the transfer window shutting last night.

Missed that. So looks clear then. Swindon look to be in the same position as Wolves are by trying to replace a rider that's almost impossible to replace. Gutted for Zach who seems to have made a proper break thru this season. Have had the pleasure of watching him grow in his first 2 seasons.

You should never see it as not too bad losing by 20 points or more! -
I'm sure I read that too.

I think Richie has proven he should have had a starting team place when the season started. I'd be happy if we signed him obviously dependant on team strengths next season however not in place of Howarth who has been a star this season so far.

A season ending injury will fall into the exempt category I'd imagine.

flag Marshall, no such thing as track rakers anymore! Yes it was. -
No surprise. He even knew that before his rant at the riders. Joe Jacobs is available if it helps.

of course rules are meant to be followed. So what do we do when Poland don't play by the rules?? There is no way any British club should have to be penalised by the bullying Poles. Doesn't entitle you no, however if any club should get an entitlement it should be the parent club. Just my opinion. -

Appears not then. About time the BSPA stopped penalising clubs and riders from the actions of the bullying Poles afaic. -

On paper should be a comfortable home win. Let's not keep giving Poole luck on their travels. -

Robins could go 2nd with a win tonight. Poole are more dangerous away although they have had some luck recently (Wolves and Kings Lynn). Still fancy the Robins to win by 8. -
