Poole Pirates Vs Somerset Rebels 26/07/17
stevebrum replied to Shaleshifter's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Another home loss for the Pirates?? Oh dear. Well done the Rebels. -
The low average would be reduced so he can come back to Wolves meaning he would have a poor 2017 with you. No surprise you didn't get it. Good luck with the future, they won't win you anything this season. Get back to your paper round.
-
Couldn't care less. He only wants to ride for Wolves, so he would have to settle for second best if he did.Plus he would get his average nice and low for when he wants to come back home. Win win if he did. Keep clutching at straws you might get a proper number one for a change.
-
Who said it wasn't there before??? Why is it meant to signify anything? ?? As I've said, those who think there is something in it will be right if he signs for Poole. Simply can't see it happening.
-
If you say. Tai couldn't give a monkeys about what anyone thinks, especially on social media. So I doubt he is doing anything cryptic in the slightest. No doubt you will remind me I'm wrong if he signs for the Pirates (had to have a little titter as I wrote it too). It's not unusual many want to know what a successful double world champion is doing. At least he isn't dyeing his hair blue (leon madsen) or posting regular video updates (Martin Vaculik) to get attention.
-
And in more accurate news...... Tai received the biggest cheers all night, the darling of the crowd. 40+ thousand is an excellent attendance.
-
I don't think he is being cryptical at all. Some are reading something into nothing.
-
And?? ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I'd heard it was RR.

In what way?? Masters and Perks apart the rest have been very slow. Congratulations to Belle Vue for making the most of that. Tungate the difference, Thank god for the likes of Bewley for the future of GB. -

Absolutely, stunning. And people say we don't have young riders good enough to step up! -

Absolutely no chance Chris would risk losing his place in Poland. MF absolutely correct in telling the Poles to do one over Jack who has yet to even establish himself over there. It would be Chris telling Matt to do one if he said he was going to jeopardise his place in Poland. Don't kid yourself anything else! Barker absolutely useless so far. Edit... just got a battling point. Wasn't he meant to be an inspired guest? -

In fairness MF had a point because the Poles wanted to use him as an up and coming rider. However he is no comparison to the top guys that work here. MF would have signed it if Chris was riding for you this season, no question about that. -
Leicester Lions V Kings Lynn Stars 24 Jul 2017
stevebrum replied to Robbobee's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
They do FB. Robert is RR so counts as he is named in the line up. Simon is the other one. Isn't the rule about having 2 riders eligible from the NL. British yes but the likes of BWD also rode NL so I'm assuming he counts too?? (BWD as a Kiwi although not in either line up tonight). -

well said. exactly. Some people need to be careful what they wish for. seeing as the Poles are dictating the rules everyone else has to tow the line. It's completely unacceptable that the Poles wee over us when WE have the priority. No British team should have to suffer under those conditions. Interesting turn of events isn't it! -

Ditto every foreign rider that rides here and in Poland. Not one of them will go against the Polish authorities. -

He didn't choose, read the press release. -
Really doesn't matter about the averages of those below the number one. Only the top averaged has to ride at number. The other 4 can ride at any other number in the top 5.
