What's that to do with how he rode at Wolves last Sunday in the PK meeting? He was competitive and on the pace even tho he looked a little race rusty which is to be expected. Who ever it is they have to be British because of the 2 Brits rule.
-
True to form tho.
-
Completely irrelevant. He will come in on his old PL average of 8.49. correct. We would have won by more than 10 with Adam who would have scored more than 3, whilst Newman would have done well to get 8. number 1 must ride at 1. Top reserve at 6. 2nd reserve at 7. Others can ride anywhere else. Them's the rules. nope. Converted average would be 8.28. Because he often misses matches in Britain??

nothing. Just a usual indifferent showing. It's an assumption it was the wrong format. I read it was mentioned on the radio that the format was wrong but nothing was mentioned from Porkie or announcer. If they use the same format at Poole we will know it was correct. I still found it strange given that PA had mentioned the new race format in the programme. Great way to start the season although it could have gone either way with 2 races left. Track was great as well with some superb racing and on track battles. Well prepared with plenty of dirt down. Hopefully we will get back to having one of the best racetracks in the country again if tonight is anything to go by. RR definitely suited Poole better with 8 versus 3. Newman is good around Monmore but 8 from 4 would have been a good score from him. No doubt a certain person will say Wolves got lucky getting 3 extra points for Adam because he is crap however we all know he wasn't at wolves last Sunday to see an impressive and improved showing from Sqora. It's likely Adam would have scored that at least. The Clegg/Holder incident could have gone either way. Clegg I thought got spooked and dropped it initially however when you make a steaming move up the inside of a rider on the 1st bend there is a good chance the ref will call it against you. The other gripe was heat 11. Andersen came down and all 4 back. Both wolves stayed on the track as they are meant to do. However both Pirates went back to the pits. Hans I can understand but why did Kurtz leave the track and why wasn't he excluded?? Are we using different rules for this competition as well as a different format? ?? Answers on a postcard please. So a much bigger win than first feared so 10 points should be a manageable lead to hang on to. WOLVES FRED - had to work hard in his 2nd and 3rd rides otherwise Fred of old. Great rescue move in heat 7. 4.5/5 KYLE - determined and quick, battled hard when behind. Impressive showing. 4/5 MOTM RR - inadequate. 1/5 JACOB - has quick was he? Posted much quicker times than anyone else often half a lap ahead. Managed to rescue heat 15 for his maximum. 5/5 SAM - first 2 rides were poor by his standard but was also involved in some great battles. 2.5/5 MAX - came out like a scalded cat for his 2nd ride but struggled to hold positions off the 4th bend. Only beat Shanes. 1.5/5 NATHAN - first 2 rides very much on the pace however let slip 3rd in heat 12. 1.5/5 POOLE KK - a usual inept performance from the former world number 2. Not bothered when behind and couldn't be bothered when gating and leading. Some things never change. 1/5 Holder - very ordinary performance as expected. There will be plenty of performances like this as he is unproven at this level. 1.5/5 Kurtz - starred brightly and nearly followed that in his 2nd until he got caught sleeping by Fast Freddie. Got outbattled again in heat 14. Another rider who will have plenty of meetings like this. Hopefully at Monmore. 2/5 RR- a good score from that berth. 4/5 Andersen - had his good moments and can ride Monmore well. This one was decidedly average. 2.5/5 Klindt - trapping gloves were on so was always going to score a bucket load. Poole top man by some distance. Beat every Wolf bar Jacob. More than did his job. 4.5/5 Shanes - a battler that beat greaves 2-1. I like him. 2/5

Comedy post of the day. How many times has Poole won best prepared track in the past 5 years??? Wolves have won it 3 in case you were wondering. I'd imagine if you were an Aces fan you would probably be still defending last season's opener saying that the track had no problems. Still, the gift that keeps giving, thanks.

Rye House V Wolverhampton Sat 1st April

Wolves by 2. -
Neither of you saw him at Monmore last Sunday, whilst Shov hasn't even seen him ride yet. What a laugh. A 4th placed averaged man missing for Wolves whilst 5th placed for Poole missing. Huge advantage for Poole with Klindt able to run free from reserve. Poole might nick an advantage now if KK can be bothered to try.

Col, the one man anti wolves bile maker.
-
more bile spewing I see. Howe was very impressive for someone who has been off a bike for 18 months. what a poisonous thing to say anyway, not that I'm surprised. Testimonials and individuals early season are no indicator to league form so I will leave you to gloat because you think Wolves have assembled a poor side. Not many share that view it seems. That's probably very true however as already pointed out Adam is a rare breed of Poles that has always put UK first.
-
What on earth are you on about, poisonous??? All I stated was that Lebedevs was listed 3rd on the BSPA website in the Leicester team building plans. For a while no one seemed to know what his assessed average was and would have appeared more than 7.01 because the BSPA had every other team in average order. Once if was confirmed that he was a 7 the BSPA STILL kept him listed 3rd in the team building so it was self evident the BSPA had got Leicester team building in the wrong order. It was clear when his average was confirmed and said so at the time. Making a mountain out of a molehill I see. Feel free to.

Yes, we all get your logic and in an ideal world would be great. However you seem to suggest that teams make changes that would significantly weaken them. You seem particularly happy that Wolves should be weakened as you have only mentioned them until the past few days. Skornicki is riding on a British licence which you conveniently ignore yet again. There is no way teams would be on an equal strength if we followed your example. I'm sure Poole fans will be only too happy to get rid of KK and replace him with Bridger. That would be madness. The top flight is always going to need decent standard foreign riders because we don't have enough Brits to do that job. It's an absolute insult to say that Aussies should not have team places in the UK given their service history to the national side in the 60's and 70's. We aren't in any position anymore to dictate to other riders and we need as many decent riders riding here that we can. There are only 2 British riders out of work and no one rider has a divine right to ride in both leagues. Whether you should is a different story. I'd be happy for that to happen so long as it doesn't weaken the top flight any further and if it means kicking out better standard then I hope that never happens. In a bit.
-
What is it with British clubs unable to adapt to track conditions when we have top class riders here. Belle Vue at least had an excuse because it should have never gone ahead but a club as big as Poole should be able to adapt. Clearly the issues of iffy tracks at Poole are not a thing of the past.
-
So you are happy for both Sarjeant and Nielsen to start the season without a club?? I thought you were pro British! Of course you would be happy if Wolves made that move. It would make us the weakest team in the league. As it's clear what your real motive us. Guess you just have beef with Wolves. The real reason.
-
You beat us at home 2 years ago, that must never happen again!

That explains quite a lot of your posts then. The gases must have addled your thinking process.
