  1. Time will tell. We all only have previous history as an accurate judge of EL form. so neither stand head and shoulders above the other. Let's see what might or might not happen.
  2. Joonas is doing a great job as a heat leader and number one, Wolves are only top of the league as one if the reasons why I say he is. Obviously Buk is usually a home track specialist but poor away. Joonas top scored for Wolves during out last visit on 10 points. 2 points less than Buk. Like for like replacement. in the EL? I doubt that very much. What they do abroad is irrelevant. So how come he is riding as a heat leader for Wolves and Wolves are top of the table? He doesn't strengthen Poole anymore than he weakens them.
  3. Attacking again. Had prior commitments otherwise would have been there. Always enjoy my many trips to Leicester. The fans are friendly and good supporters , obviously you are the exemption to them. My only view of the meeting came from the result not by hearsay. None of which are in dispute as the result speaks for themselves. Didn't have to be there to see Wolves were the better team who won with ease when it mattered. Says the king troll who gets no likes. Diddums. Great race from Saturday night. And some say there is no passing at Leicester . Very impressed with Starke this year, when you're number one finishes last it's clear to see why the Lions lost the match. http://www.speedwaygb.co/news.php?extend.30523
  4. You're attacking and trolling posts are boring everyone. But choose to ignore so many picking you up on the many posts you make. I will comment and reply as I choose but don't let me get in the way of yet another attacking post. However on the plus side you give the forum such comedic value with the (uses term very loosely) attempt attention seeking. Just a shame no one gives you the credit you seem to crave. Bless.
  5. so let's just be clear what you're opinion is. You were level up to heat 12 and Watt had had 3 pointless rides with only one more to come. Could haves mean nothing. Leicester got outsmarted in the last 3 heats or Wolves just finished stronger. One of them is right. Just pick one. If we are asking people not to post on meetings we aren't at then stop making silly comments about what Bomber might have meant by his comments on Friday night. You weren't there. However in other news a Wolves fan makes a comment on a match featuring his team. Perhaps stop being so aggressive and pernickety might help. Stir or troll is its default setting.
  6. Yes of course. Ulamek would have got double figures to have made all the difference. The same Ulamek that has scored no more than 6 at home this year? Absolutely priceless, thanks for the laugh.
  7. Don't the reserves have to have ridden 2 home matches before they get a chance to move up, of is there a new complication to the already complicated rule?
  8. Irrelevant IMHO. Swindon (2nd in the table) couldn't win at Leicester whilst Poole and Kings Lynn could only manage a draw.
  9. I support the Brits in the World Cup (as they are racing for their nationality ) whilst individually they are racing for themselves (club OR nationality then both apply). Lots of things Tai has done I disagree with but accept an understand his reasoning so always support him individually however if both were in a GP final I'd pick Freddie over Tai. Why? Fred has besides one season ridden a vast majority of his career at Wolves and no other British club. Tai chose to ride half the amount of seasons with Wolves and then ditch the EL and Wolves when he had had enough. Freddie therefore is more deserving of my support individually if I had to choose one which of course I don't. With Freddie likely to be standing down in the GP's now my support with revert back to Tai as a second best Wolves legend. I will Bomber to do well in any GP because he is a brit but he gets my full support in the World Cup.
  10. Wolves win as expected and return back to the top of the table. Happy days. Nice way to return from my trip to Poole today.
  11. Looks like the positive Lakeside start to the season is quickly fading. A surprising win for the Bees all the same.
  12. Was hoping to make the journey across for this one but I'm in Poole so will have to make the B journey or the re-arranged fixture if weather gets its way. 42-50
  13. Good to see a club make the effort to get a match on despite the rain and poor forecast (EL promoters take not). Track obviously slick and dusty (feel they could have watered from 7PM onwards as dark clouds passing over). A slick track played into the hands of the away side however take nothing away from Bewley who was awesome for a relative newcomer. Hope it's good news for Tom as that was a heavy get off.
  14. I'm with you on this one. It's no wonder the sport is shedding fans when they have no idea if a match will even get going if the weather is iffy. Just to go on a forecast is beyond iffy IMHO. I have seen several matches that got an early call off only for the weather to improve. The reasons of inconveniencing travelling fans and not enough time to prepare a track is extremely iffy again IMHO. It's becoming a sport that you only bother to go to if the weather is fine. Not a way to run the sport AFAIC.
  15. Certainly adds context instead of selecting one good score!
  16. no worries, my pleasure. He did, with Freddie closing in on every corner.
