  1. Disagree, if the track prep isn't good racing will be poor. Best racetracks IMHO Peterborough, Scunthorpe, Somerset, Wolves. Well prepared tracks the biggest reason.
  2. Like I said preparation is key, so no, dust in opening race is not good at any track regardless of size or shape.
  3. Nothing wrong with 'smaller' tracks. That's why wolves win best race track the majority of seasons. Preparation is key not size.
  4. So talk over now that Wolves are the new favourites. Poole have proved they remain title favourites. Disappointing result given how weak Poole were but Howarth was a huge let down. Still he has starred in our others wins so it's proof how much of an influence he is having on the side so far. Wolves unbeaten tag gone and the titles favourite tag passed back to where it belongs. Well done to the Pirates on the victory all the same.
  5. The way Tai looks has not affected his life and ability and is the best in his field. Argument ended. Carry on trolling , we all know what you're about now.
  6. problem is you don't get the fact that you are the one attacking. A troll who attacks someone for the way they look. What a disgrace. And I bet you actually believe that. Beyond laughable. You have been asked for facts which time and again you fail to ignore. What is clear is that you are a trouble making troll. Time to put this nonsense on ignore.
  7. Aaah diddums, does no one like your ickle wikle posts then. That's possibly a huge clue me thinks. Doubt there is much more to say, you have been proven wrong time and time again and when asked for facts you can't back them up. You don't like Tai or people with tattoos, WE GET IT. Time to move it on before you bore the forum to death with your one line Tai attack. I just hope someone closes or locks this thread . He ain't coming back to the EL this season so what's the point carrying it on.
  8. It's only him that's making sense apparently, must be nice being in a closed off world where you can't see the rest laughing at your posts. Comedic value that hasn't been seen on the forum for a while so good to tune in for a titter. Still waiting for all these facts to be proven right so maybe I will have to wait till Robert Lambert turns 40 for that to happen tho.
  9. I've edited the post for the main part to reply but wanted to add a good well balanced response. However i don't think there is any question if he wants to be British as it's his clear choice. I don't get the issue some have with his 'actions ' at the Oz GP. Why shouldn't he have pride riding as world Champion in the country he was raised? ? The place where his hero (his late father) helped make him what he is today, and where he will have lots of happy memories of growing up and probably where he feels most attached to his dad? Personally i think some are very harsh for criticising him for that. He has given no indication he wants to ride for the Aussies so why the questioning! ! Not a direct reply to you Nick, just those who question his motives so isn't intended as a personal repsonse to you.
  10. Probably the same that Nicki P, Gollob, Hampel (plus any of the top Poles), Hancock, Sajfutdinov, Vaculik plus the scores of others who no longer race here or want to race here. Just at a guess.
  11. Olsen, like Mauger, Briggs were household names. I've been a speedway fan since 1972 and speak to plenty of people about our great sport - not one has ever mentioned Crump, Loram, Havelock as riders they have even heard of. What do you know about the deal that the young riders are on with Bomber - why are they part of his pit crew?? I am good friends with one of the lads so i will be interested to know what facts you want to discuss. Learning about the goings on behind the scenes yes, learning from the best NO. Parents and kids live in a very different world where swearing and smoking when young seems commonplace, likewise tattooing and body modification. Shows how little you really know what kids want or need (I have worked with kids my professional and personal life so have a good understanding of what is considered a 'role model') and most sensible kids know you don't need to copy what others do. But it's a lifestyle choice. Tai's manager Pete Adams already asked the GP riders what would get them back and they all said one night racing - like Tai. Words spoken by Adams so if you choose to not believe then more fool you. It's all just a suggestion that Tai was offered a deal to ride in the UK. Care to show me the OFFICIAL link that confirms this please as ive only seen comments on social media. If you are taking that as fact as a reason to attack Tai then again how silly are you. He absolutely should have been seeded direct to the British Final and should have ridden it. Like Scott Nicholls, Lee Richardson before him have all fallen out with the governing bodies and refused to ride in official meetings. So you say it's nothing to do with the governing body then? ? Hahaha haha haha
  12. I'd ask you to explain which points I'm clueless about but it would be more of the usual garbage and anti tai tirade. You don't like tai, we get it. Just accept others have eyes open and can see a bigger picture than the one you see thru the Woffinden red misted glasses you wear. At least you are giving the forum a chuckle at your ongoing outbursts on the same thing over and over. I will await your considered response to explain which points I have made which are 'crap' with rationale . By the way, saying all of it is crap is an automatic fail. Inspire me. what facts would you like and what facts are you confirming? Priceless
  13. So would I but they won't be this weak again.
  14. Outside of speedway nobody knows who Bomber, Crump, Rickardsson,Adams or Nicki P are So you're point? I take it you have one? ? Bomber has signed 3 young riders to team Harris and he gets cheap labour from them on match days. I'm sure that's a great help. Not. Young riders aspire to be the best, the world champion. They don't aspire to be someone who struggles in the GP's. At least we have a superb role model who would get all the GP boys back in the EL if they listened to his wise words, so it's the governing bodies fault Tai doesn't ride here and shame on them allowing our top flight to be so low down the pecking order in Europe.
  15. Is there a better time for any team to travel to title favourites Poole on Wednesday? Hugely decimated we should be targeting all 4 points and I believe we can do it. Poole with there backs against the walls on this one so we may see a completely different fighting animal to the ones that limped at Monmore on Monday. If we don't win then I can't see any team coming away with anything all season as that is what everyone thought before the season started. The depleted title favourites versus the in form Wolves - surely if can only be one result? 41-51
  16. the same Tai who is running training schools in the UK and trying to drag the BSPA into the real world you mean? Thank god somebody cares about its future and we have Tai to thank for that. Or just shows him up as the arrogant oaf he really is I'd say So you keep saying however his dedication to winning 2 titles in be 3 years , trying to get the BSPA to listen to what ALL the top riders want and need and now also running training schools over here proves you wrong everytime. I don't see Bomber or Scottie doing that. That's what a true Brit does, hopefully he will get honoured at the end of the season as well. if we had more like Tai looking towards the future we might be in a much better place by now. Instead we have Scottie who can't be bothered to ride in the WC but now will make a comeback probably now the WC is in the country. What a hypocrite if he does. If more riders were open like Tai we would have a better WC team by now.
  17. The Aussies do exactly the same in their national title. Do you actually have a point before I lose the will.
  18. I think it's fair too for ALL EDR riders that move up.
  19. With Lakeside losing top spot in the league they need something out this meeting unless they might start slipping away. I reckon the Hammers will take a losing point tho. Unless Swindon have really turned a corner which we have a glimpse in the past couple of matches.
  20. Why does it? Nicki P has or had a house in Stevenage i believe but that made no difference to him racing in the UK. Fail to see the relevance.
  21. They should yes. Tai doesn't ride here so by the same theory he doesn't have to either. Good that we can agree on something.
  22. The expected and predictable retort. Where are all the Aussies for their National title, no show for the Ben fund meeting. Thank god we have such a great role model who is setting up training schools to help the BRITISH youngsters - on top of all his great charity work. All the other top riders could learn a lot from our great talent. One day the BSPA will listen to him and the top boys and change to get them back. No doubt Tai will lead the way with that too.
