Injury to Bewley prior to the play offs killed off any challenge imho. With Bewley and Cook you would be really hot property as you were in decent form prior to that injury. However my comments were made initially prior to the play offs starting with injuries already established. so I’d agree with your comment. As for Tungate, there aren’t many more over-rated riders in the league than him. Dreadful.

Fricke said it all, all the Boys heads down after last week and it looks obvious they have thrown in the towel before heat 1. Why give the Stars the advantage with inside grids from the off? Barmy. No Aces fight at all. I predicted whoever finished 4th would be complete fodder.

It’s understandable to be a bit squeaky bum at the moment. For me the Stars have the look of title winners to me and I really hope that proves to be the case. You will have earned it this year. Always felt you had terrible luck with injuries in the past when looking like front runners early doors. Good luck!

I can’t see how you believe the Stars have peaked? They are the one team that has had the best run in to the Play Offs. Lots of meetings, lots of wins should breed plenty of confidence. Only Poole are anything like as in form as the Stars.

Howarth hasn’t done great at Poole this season however I’d still say this strengthens the Rebels. Shame to hear about Summers being injured tho.

That's how I saw it too as it developed, unfortunately he then found himself right in the middle of the whole handbag issue. All very unnecessary from all parties concerned but at least he apologised as he should have done for his part in the melee, all caused by a silly reaction from Etheridge.
