  1. I tend to disagree that the team on paper looked a top 4 team and whilst we have very little to show from our away performances we have in the vast majority of meetings stormed into a pretty strong lead before capitulating in the 2nd half. That to me shows capabilities of winning away but then either failing to react to track changes or conditions to lose that promising start to meetings. I believed all along we were a top 4 looking side but Heeps has been the biggest let down whilst Schlein has perhaps been the biggest surprise. Whilst it would be wrong on someone like Howarth to get the push if there was a chance to bring someone like Piotr Pawlicki in his place and maybe Bacon for Heeps I’ve no idea if that would work points wise, it would be silly to not make that move now.
  2. Surely now it’s time to make changes?? Dropping out the top 4 and still getting very little away is now costing us. Obviously it’s going to depend on who is available and wants to come but I seriously hope the management are now looking.
  3. One match in many. Care to quote the rest that back my factual point? Thought not. No surprise at the result. Changes needed if we are to hang on to a top 4 spot.
  4. The only one that matters. come on Wolves.
  5. I hope Tom Bacon does well as a guest. All the pressure should be on Heeps to deliver at reserve. Fingers crossed Wolves can keep it close to get a point however history shows that’s unlikely.
  6. Shame for Nathan, see quite a bit of Tom at Birmingham and a good trapper.
  7. Greaves is taking a last minute fitness test. I hope they have a suitable guest on standby just in case . should be a comfortable home win. 51-39.
  8. Josh rode in the Polish championships qualifiers so I guess Poland is his priority. In saying that UK gets priority on Monday tho.
  9. Well said. The 2nd tier has been the problem for a while now. Most ive visited are as similar as about a pound difference, shocking.
  10. Long as you keep your personal attacks out of it no one has any need to report anyone. I see you are still trolling posts mentioning me for a reaction. Nothing changes. Thankfully most Wolves fans are decent ones. id rather be debating issues to do with the sport instead of petty point scoring and trolling. Still, each to their own. delighted you get ‘liked’ by 2 of the other poor posters. Was worth a titter at least for its predictability.
  11. That would need me to have done something wrong to apologise for. Nice to see you arent banned for a change. #hypocrite
  12. How disappointing. Quite a few of those listed aren’t good enough or would want to ride in one big league from the National league. as I’ve always maintained it would be a struggle to fill all team spots with ‘suitable standard’ riders. Obviously you would have to have knowledge of the National league and Development leagues to know how many would be able to deal with a higher level standard. Thankfully there are some great young riders that will always develop well whatever league standards are set.
  13. Sadly I think it will happen, quite possibly the last nail required to ensure that coffin is finally sealed shut with yet more supporters turning their back on the sport.
  14. The usual standard defeat at the NSS. Worse than usual however.
  15. Still, Cookie rates it and those who were present said it was much better. But then the words of someone who wasn’t even there or even heard it on the radio has to be the biggest joke comment on here. At least it gave me a titter. Tried that, done that and by and large I don’t usually reply to it’s nonsense. Have to disagree on 8 seasons. No blind loyalty from me either as it’s clear there have been issues this year with Doc gone and no suitable shale available. Refreshing to hear that the track was much improved Monday with Cookie paying it compliments.
  16. Not every time. I usually avoid debating these days with the troll and as this topic proves nothing changes. sadly trolls like that tend to ruin a usually sensible thread.
  17. I’ve already said the BT matches including The Wolves one were poor. I’ve said that the racing at Wolves this year has been poor backed up by several Wolves fans. But then the truth doesn’t suit your trolling behaviour. As least you’ve been caught out yet again. id still say virtually all tracks have suffered with the weather and lack of suitable shale this year. It’s good to know some tracks are trying to correct that, Wolves included.
  18. Everybody knows The NSS is way above anything else on offer in the British leagues. No light required to see that.
  19. You clearly haven’t read Cook’s tweet about the Wolves track last night. Clueless.
  20. I’m fully aware of that but it hasn’t been it’s usual high standard for 2 seasons now. There isn’t any bigger supporter of the Wolves track than me.
  21. You only have to look at the last 3 BT meetings at Swindon, Leicester and Wolves. All 3 were dry and dusty or poorly prepared due to lack of suitable shale. It’s a major problem for the sport. However it appears Kings Lynn and Wolves had good racetracks last night due to early preparation. So it can be done. As the track is the stage all tracks should be doing more to get this right.
