  1. Usain Bolt is good for Maccy's chicken nuggets on race day, what's good for him is good for anyone
  2. Nobody disputes that and of course nothing wrong with supporting your own. The thing with Janowski is inconsistency. If I was to pick a Pole to top the charts I'd personally go with Dudek
  3. I bet £100 there's an alternative route Where is your starting point?
  4. Some people are so anti Tai it's unbelievable and just refuse to open their eyes. He's very much annoyed me in recent weeks but at Cardiff he was absolutely brilliant with supporters. Even stopped to sign, chat & have selfies with fans round the town centre. My new partners lad is very very happy to have got a picture with him. The fans certainly didn't just blow their horns to just be partisan, it was genuine support for the guy Tai Woffinden. The money being exchanged for Woffy merchandise was incredible too. It opened my eyes that in reality, Woffinden not riding in & for Britain, missing the British Final is totally irrelevant to most. The Speedway World Championship is where it is, as for his lap of honour, a great gesture to go round and say thanks for the support and show his disappointment in not at least making the semi finals. He was gutted.
  5. Doyle justifiably tops the GP standings being the only rider in the series to score double figures in every round. Add to that his, what must be a very painful foot injury. Doyle is currently the best rider in the World without a shadow of doubt. If he keeps clear of further injuries I don't think anyone will get near him. Janowski still has that feel about him that at any moment he'll throw in a stinker of a meeting. I think there's only 1 challenger to the World Championship v Doyle and that's himself. If I was to pick another rider to challenge Doyle it'll be Dudek over Janowski
  6. hmmm, which set of pansies should I go and watch tomorrow
  7. Correct but the Speedway is not due to shown live on the Sport1/Sport1+ TV schedule. From what I can find it's only due to be shown on a delayed feed online on Sunday 2am uk time
  8. Think it may be shown on the World Games website channel TWG but not Live. It's due to be shown on the website Sunday morning at 2am
  9. According to the latest press release Holder is back in the line-up for Wednesday. Interesting?!?
  10. What the view like in the backstraight upper tier? Good value for £19?
  11. It's not a suggestion, it's fact. Palm-Toft is no longer a Somerset rider
  12. Well, it looks as though it's happening again, R.Lambert missed last nights fixture but is included in tonight's Masarna line-up
  13. Thank god, don't think my head could take another 20 point home defeat
  14. Next option, At our next away match Buster phones Batch tells him the meetings off, he doesn't turn up, 28 day ban
  15. Honesty time, it's personal, no jokes, cards on the table time I think it's time for Chris to be honest with himself & the public and admit with events of the last few years he's scared. Frightened to get thing a little bit wrong. I honestly think Chris is trying his hardest to kid himself into thinking the issues are elsewhere. I wasn't gonna say anything because it's personal to me but I can see it plain as day. Looking into his eyes and body language in the pits at King's Lynn and on TV, like myself he is 100% suffering from (severe) depression & like I was, in complete denial. Thing's got dangerously close for me & I do genuinely worry for him. If anyone who reads this forum who knows Chris well enough to talk to him on a personal level should mention this to him asap. I too would be willing to talk to him about it if he so wishes (in private). He may well already be being treated for depression, if so, although very personal, once you let it out a tonne of weight does lift. It doesn't end there but helps. Chris, please talk to someone or someone please talk to him.
  16. They should have drawn a different bird, what is it that's opposite to a hen?
  17. That's irrelevant to me, the ones that are the Stars rider's are not doing good enough. It's embarrassing
  18. There will be interest around what went bang with the invincible GTR
  19. And yesterday's World U21's in Poland, the track was horrid but nobody stomped their feet and sulked off. Some big crashes but they still got on with it, including Jack
  20. It has to be R/R for Lambert as every line-up must contain 2 Brits in the team
  21. Air horns are banned at the Principality as mentioned on the back of the tickets. There may have been the odd few that managed to sneak some in but the majority used were blow horns. One very noticeable difference as I hadn't been in three years was how much quieter the bikes were
