Tai isn't a perfect role model and neither should he be. It's not his job to be a role model. We defend because he's constantly attacked & it's British mentality thing for some reason. Always love a loser but knock down winners Andy Murray Lewis Hamilton Tai Woffinden All 3 are born winners but are not liked by large numbers for varying reasons.

Agree with both statements but it counts for nothing with what's happening right now. No time for sentiment, Harris out

What a fookin legend On the title charge WOFFY WOFFY WOFFY

It looks like the riders ain't too pleased either. Interesting......... To us fans it looked the obvious thing to happen. Raises a question over team spirit for me as only Batchelor has 'Liked' Rory's tweet & none of the riders have congratulated Rory on his return. Again, interesting.........

Should Tai Woffinden Ride For Team Gb ?

Our views are different regarding Woffy and they're always likely to be, but SRBF idea was a great call so I've asked the question with Rosco -
If we somehow miraculously made the play-offs we need to be careful who we use as EDR guests. Remember, you can only use 1 rider 4 times so Morris I'd not use for that reason. I see absolutely no harm in throwing in a Josh Bailey, Nathan Greaves, Jake Knight etc. Going very well in the NL and I'd certainly give them a shot at it

Regardless of your views, that is a bloody good idea -
Bringing Rory in for Mads was an obvious move. We're in the poop at reserve though and that's the concern. S.Lambert is going to be a big big miss

Absolutely agree Couldn't agree more with Robert's statement at all. -
Definitely think Nicholls is riding himself out the team recently. Thing is, once you've picked Tai, Cook & Lambert I think the riders for the last spot are all 'much of a muchness'. I'm leaning towards Steve Worrall though now Woffinden Cook Lambert S.Worrall Bates/Ellis

And just to add, there's still plenty of SWC tickets on sale. No excuse robert72 -
Absolutely, you're just seeing a number. When you see who he was up against in his heats he should of had more than 1 race win (his 1st ride in heat 3).

If we're still running an EL next season I still say Monday/Thursday as a lot of Danes will be ruled out from a fixed Wednesday race night in the UK. Personally I'm against a single fixed racenight idea simply because of the Landlord potential problems but, I'd knock certain race days on the head ie Tuesday's, Friday's (except Good Friday), Saturday's and Sunday's. I'd have it so each club is only permitted to race 1 home 1 away fixture per week at all times, giving better scheduling for riders to work with. That would also be the case with rain offs too

Swindon - Coventry 4.7.16 On Sky
Daniel Smith replied to A ORLOV's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
It does matter. Speedway shouldn't be happy with 'just able to survive' mentality. The sport is suffering badly from poor lazy promoters, abysmal track preparation, awful stadiums. All adding to poor attedances. Glasgow have shown what can be done and their model should be looked into.
