My frustration is the same as yours but bloody hell that 1st sentence was long. I required an oxygen tank to get through that I think by the fact that the promotion can't be assed it's also rubbing off the riders and definitely the spectators. I'm looking to go to this one all being well simply because it's Belle Vue & they're on the up & to see how R.Lambert struts his stuff against them. The races he's in are the ones I look forward to as anything can happen, hang on, have I just talked myself out of it again £17 for 4-5 races Balls, I get back to ya once I've had a chat with myself

Has to be for Troy. Just doesn't look interested and his point scoring in Denmark ain't being transferred to the Stars. At least with Mads you can see he's putting the effort in

I've really enjoyed the meeting tonight. What is evident and was the case when King's Lynn were Premier League, the riders care more and entertain the paying public. Everything that was on show tonight was everything that's missing from the Elite League Congratulations to Glasgow and a valiant effort from Edinburgh

2 season's running we're expected to spend our hard earned on garbage performances & inept management. Only attended 3 of the 7 home fixtures so far. Over the last 20 years only missed 1-2 meeting in previous seasons but I'm not feeling the VFM from Speedway any more. Weather pending I may give this one a shot, should be good for a humiliation & a rant. Teams Confirmed: KING’S LYNN: Niels-Kristian Iversen Lewis Rose Troy Batchelor Robert Lambert Mads Korneliussen Nikolaj Busk Jakobsen Simon Lambert BELLE VUE: Matej Zagar Steve Worrall Scott Nicholls Max Fricke Craig Cook Richie Worrall Joe Jacobs

What edges Nicholls over Harris is the fact that he's still racing in Poland & Sweden on a weekly basis scoring decent points & Belle Vue is his home track. Harris has been garbage everywhere except for riding for Coventry

You have some brain cells missing fella. Gavan has already said he couldn't care less what you say about him. The issue is you ripping into deceased family members, do you not see the problem you moron??
-
It only opinion & mine is Garrity & S. Worrall are miles ahead of Newman right now but there's nothing to suggest things can't change. PL averages I'd tend to ignore simply because Newman may be purposely keeping his average low because it's serving a purpose. The last 2-3 years his PL average has served him & Poole very well.

You are one very low scumbag. What a horrible horrible comment. The C-bomb would be how I'd describe you right now. Proper nasty piece of s#!+

Should Tai Woffinden Ride For Team Gb ?
Daniel Smith replied to robert72's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
2 points that makes robert72's posts laughable: Fans opinions who still are behind Tai Woffinden for GB don't matter because they've not had the balls to ride a bike Fans opinions who believe Tai Woffinden shouldn't be in GB do count because they're of the same (rubbish) opinion as robert72 -

Should Tai Woffinden Ride For Team Gb ?

The argument hasn't been constructive for weeks now. Just the 'my Dad is bigger than your Dad'. This thread has run it's course for most -
Absolutely it isn't what he does here that counts. Not many UK tracks are high speed like Poland, Belle Vue and the GP's. And to put it bluntly, he's been pretty s#!+ at all. What he does at Leicester, Lakeside, Wolverhampton etc in league fixtures counts for nothing

It's down to how the fans have been treated in the past for TV meetings. Crowds were good when live speedway on the TV first came along but the trust from the fans of both the TV companies and Promoters has been lost. No end of meetings when the weather has been iffy TV & clubs have conned supporters into conditions being perfect for racing. You turn up and track work is going on, rider's not interested & the meeting goes ahead with the aim of reaching the cut-off to declare a result. The fans & entertainment value is never thought about. Normally King's Lynn matches on Sky are pretty well supported but this week it had pretty much rained all day so I'm sure many like me would be thinking 'this is going to be a race to heat 10 & I'm not spending £17 for that'.

I think the squad system could work but imo the asset system has to be scrapped for it to happen & work. I would be wrong to be paying loan fee's for riders that may only appear in 2-3 meetings, or even none at all. Squad system = Open book on riders. If a rider feels they're not getting the number meetings they feel they should there should be an 'Open Transfer List' that shows publicly a riders availability. Squad make-up of 10 based on 6 man teams: ABC grading groups 3 Heatleaders (7.50+ average) 4 2nd String (4.50 - 7.49) 3 Reserves (3.00 - 4.49) 1 must be U21 Averages are only viable at the start of the season and all riders ride in their graded positions all season but team positions are in any position the team manager wishes. Team make-ups: Reserve Heatleaders 2nd Strings Example Line-up's: Reserve 2nd String Heatleader Heatleader 2nd String 2nd String Heatleader Heatleader Reserve 2nd String 2nd String 2nd String

Who's in the 10 is irrelevant as we'd have to have a bit of an injury jinx not to have a stronger side than the inclusions of either Worrall's, Garrity, Lawson etc. After a bit of a settling down period and common sense thinking from the British Final I don't have King as a cert either. The 3 certs for me are: Woffinden Cook Lambert Then it's between Nicholls, Harris & King for the last spot with Bates as the U21

King's Lynn V Coventry Bees (sky) Wed 22nd June
Daniel Smith replied to mdmc82's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Batchelor is by no means past it or unable to hold on. As I said earlier he's score 3 double figure scores in the Danish league & all this Month. 15 from 6 rides 12 from 6 13+1 from 6 His performances for the Stars are inexcusable & answers are required -
There are unacceptable performances from some riders but I'm far more concerned by the total lack of any atmosphere around the club. Fans are switching off and it's like none of the management gives a s#!+, the whole place is like a morgue.
