What I meant was, the GP is Live on SS4 but Live greyhounds is on after @9pm. If there is a delay for any reason they may dump the GP on the red button from 9pm. That seems to be the norm of what Sky do.
-
Live Greyhound racing on the Sky planner after this. I'll be a little pee'd if Sky put the speedway on the red button if any delays come into play.

Sheffield/scunthorpe Vs Buxton/stoke
Daniel Smith replied to vog's topic in National League Speedway
Should imagine Stefan Nielson will be missing for this meeting due to concussion. Had a big off at King's Lynn last night and had a ride to hospital. Reports so far is nothing more serious than that. A very luck boy -
Bang on. Chucked it down in the afternoon so the obvious thing to do was give the meeting a swerve. I'll only take a weather risk on the first team. Well done the Young Stars though
-
decision to attend has been made by the weather. I'm giving this a miss tonight. Chucking it down at the moment

Anyone know if this will be available on SopCast as that the only option I have. I get servere buffering on anything else. Know idea why

I think that is the most important thing. If the rest of Europe is anything to go by it won't make a difference but the Poles are by far the most passionate fans in the World regarding speedway and if they don't like it, it won't take long for everyone to know about it. I'm not sure but I think they can still use the 2010 as well as the 2011 silencers. I don't think they've made 2011 compulsory so the difference may not be so noticeable?????

Tomasz Gollob will he be true to his word and quite speedway due to the threat to his life????? http://www.speedway365.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=2339:poland-to-use-new-silencers&catid=317:polish-news&Itemid=598

King's Lynn have moved swiftly to find a replacement for the injured Darren Mallett. In comes Kyle Hughes who will be available for the Young Stars away at Mildenhall. Good luck Kyle

I'd just like to add that I'm so glad we had the new safety fence available last night, without wouldn't bare thinking about. I'm sure everyone appreciates the services of the medical staff last night.

Well, what can I say. That was the first NL meeting I can happily say I very, very much enjoyed. This only spoilt by Darren's absolutely horrendous crash at absolute full speed in heat 15. Although a racing crash Adam Allott has to share some of the blame as he didn't allow any room. He looked over his shoulder out of turn 2 and seen Mallett had the speed and squeezed him up on bend 3 and the only option was the fence. Allott is someone that should know better BUT, EL, PL, NL nobody likes to lose / drop points and that's part of racing. I'm so sad for Mallett. It's bloody time this boy gets some luck please. None of the injuries he's suffered in his career have all come from errors of other riders. HAve to say again, heat 15 apart, no include heat 15 apart from the crash it was an absolute belter of a meeting. Best wishes to Darren Mallett this morning and hope all goes well

You can probably put Adam Allott down for a 15 point max apart from EF's. Only Jake Knight may be competition for pure pace

Polish Extraleague Rnd 4 Sunday 1st May
Daniel Smith replied to racers and royals's topic in International World of Speedway
Are Torun the Polish version of Poole as they seem to be on live TV every week??????? -
it isn't wrong at all according to the last sentence of the rule. It clearly says if a rider hasn't done 4 home & away meeting then a revised average is given from the 1st May

Sky Red Button Tonight ... Discuss!

I don't know if I can bring myself to say it.................................................................................................................................. .................................................................................................................................... .................................................................................................................................... .................................................................................................................................... .................................................................................................................................... .................................................................................................................................... .................................................................................................................................... OK, OK. Yes, it was a very good meeting. Not to much racing but most certainly plenty of tension with the closeness of the meeting. Unbelievably awful crash in the second half race at the end. And unbelievable, all 3 walked back to the pits. Amazing

I have no idea what's happening to me but I've changed my mind again and I'm coming to this one. Speedway's speedway I suppose

King's Lynn vs Hackney Hawks
Daniel Smith replied to Parsloes 1928 nearly's topic in National League Speedway
Mike I know you're a massive advocate of NL racing and quite clearly still seething a little & that's fine. Yes, these youngsters are the future of our sport but I know most of the complaints where from 1st timers to NL racing. To be completely honest, I can understand what they mean. In the first few weeks we've been extremely, extremely spoilt by the standard of racing in the EL. New punter WILL always compare both products and the racing was World's apart in quality. I've been to a few NL meetings in the past and last night's I have to say, it isn't my cup of tea either. £10 for NL or an extra £5 for the big league. People will compare that for value also. Peoples opinions will differ all the time as to what they see as good value and for me, Jake Knight & Marc Owen apart there was nothing in last night's meeting at all. The last thing that you should be doing is belittling people because they didn't enjoy it. You say yourself, the NL needs as many punters as possible and the best thing to do is not promote the negatives. Best wishes and a speedway recovery to Adam Lowe -
Olsen Wants Eighteen In 2012
Daniel Smith replied to ladyluck's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
I believe eventually, the GP's WILL be independent from the rest of world speedway like F1 and race every fortnight. I've said it before, maybe teams will rise into the world stage like F1 & MOTO GP. Works Jawa Works GM Works Honda Team Rickardsson Team Gollob Redbull Racing Monster Racing etc etc Then you have 4 independent qualifier spots each season. -
Will there be anywhere us fans can keep up to date on these rolling averages?????
