What the hell is this nonsense Speedway is on it's backside because people are walking away (or dead) & not being replaced. All the above are catering for those that are already at the meetings. A newbie will have zero interest in bike setup's, meeting formats, ex-rider's, merch, museum pieces etc. This comes later if you regularly keep returning. All you've done is run off stuff YOU'RE interested in & will add nothing to bring in outsider's. Apologies as I know I've been a quite rude but these ideas keep being rewashed year in year out. Not meaning to be angry at you but this isn't what's needed. I've seen mentions of 20-30 heats too, why?? 15 heats are pretty boring now so why make people hang around for an extra hour of more boring racing?? Speedway is a very very simple sport. It just needs to stop all the modern day faffing about, delays between heats, fixed 2mins like GP's etc. There needs to be a hige crackdown on track standards, these bikes don't like grippy tracks. Make them all slick. 1hr 30mins per meeting as standard, from parade to parade. It needs to be all students free. 2 meetings, mid summer, £5 adults & concessions. 200-300 free family ticket giveaways in town / city centres & / or supermarkets. Get scheme's set up with Primary / Secondary School's. Basic basic basic ideas. Speculate to accumulate. Speedway doesn't need to be clever, it just needs to get "The Main Event" right. Get that right, everything else will fall in to place.

That has crossed many people's minds I'm sure, but it doesn't make any sense. The stadium would have an average inactivity of 5-6 days a week. Speedway meeting's & training / practice days a big part to mid week use. As much as cars are the biggest income for the stadium, I don't think the stadium would be financially viable if either sport was lost.

You need to re read some threads. I will praise when justified, & criticise when justified. I've even defended the guy who runs the club on this forum who's the reason I don't go anymore, that's called open minded. Trees is just all rose tint glasses. I'm still waiting for where I've gone OTT though??

And all of those I've been positive about, apart from Hagon as I know zero about him. So, what's been said that's ott?? Has the club deteriorated since Jonathan Chapman?? Has the club deteriorated further since Lyon left also?? Is the racing anywhere near good enough for admission prices charged?? Is there any kind of atmosphere around the stadium??

Nope, you just see what you want to see. What have I said that's inaccurate?? I'm up for debate & being proven wrong. Nobody's perfect I'm constantly called a bad fan, talk nonsense etc etc but nothing is ever argued to put King's Lynn Speedway in a positive way. So, what's been good about King's Lynn Speedway for the last 4 years??

Nobody has said it was a bad meeting, but what that have said is, it was an ok meeting for King's Lynn. That says everything

Thanks to Nicholls & Jorgensen. This is the thing, you say the racing was ok on Monday, that shows how desensitised you've become if that was an ok meeting. What was on offer on Monday would be a bad meeting anywhere else. King's Lynn is an FTG, 1 lap race track, you've all forgotten what racing actually looks like.

The only reason anyone would see the catch fence as a problem is because the racing is just so bad. If there was good racing the fencing wouldn't be talked about

I'll await the phone call the last thing this club needs right now is a manager who's a yes man.

British Speedway has been sold brilliantly so far. Referee has been bang on so far & every heats racing right out the top draw. Think we all need to stop moaning. Can't wait to get back to watching racing at the AFA
