If it's Iversen it's a massive kick in the plumbs for King's Lynn more than anyone. Recent history has shown that when available for a full season King's Lynn is his choice. Having said that, I think some crossed words happened at the end of the 2018 season at King's Lynn during the Play-Off's and Niels hasn't forgive nd or forgot.

Lambert & Proctor are excellent signings almost certs to add to their current averages. Kerr & Jorgensen I can't say or see the same. What goes in Belle Vue's favour is a replacement for injuries would be easier to find than a replacement for Doyle, Batchelor and Jensen. Swindon would be extremely lucky if they remain injury free from one of those three

That's a shame as I believe it's the only way Speedway would have longevity at Oxford. Unfortunately, animal rights are very close to getting dog racing banned in this country. Speedway needs to be in with motorsports to continue strongly imo. Now the Speedway has been gone for some time in Oxford I do feel they'll now face a huge issue with noise pollution issues from residents. Especially new residents that have no known history of the sport at the stadium.

Maybe, just maybe, the reason for being 2 points under is that riders can up their averages significantly. Then come about August, for Play-Off's introduce Woffinden, Lindgren, Hancock etc for a final Play-Off push. It could be a bit of clever manipulation from the management knowing, when you look at Swindon for example, there's no significant improvement available in Doyle, Batchelor and Jensen. There's risks to the logic but the fact that Peterborough, King's Lynn and Ipswich are unlikely to trouble a top 2 of Swindon & Sheffield. It's about staying in touching distance of the top 4, then bang in some killer changes just as the European season starts to wind down. Quite possibly, an awesome plan is in the making from CVS and Adams.

So, how will Masters & Thorsell be feeling about returning? A case of "you're not what we wanted in the team but you'll do for now." If I was those two, with the commitment they've given Wolves, I'd tell the club to fook right off. Nicki Pedersen doesn't have the GP's so was available. Had he been in the series Sheffield wouldn't of got a sniff. Hancock & Lindgren don't want or need the busy schedule, so yes, it is hilarious when stupid names are banded about.

Don't forget Ipswich ended the season with Iversen so he must of been happy with the pay rate and certainly isn't a rider to suggest a lack of ambition. For me, one of the biggest issues in attracting International rider's is their track. Rider's want big fast mecca's not 5 pence pieces. It was a reason for Iversen's struggles in 2019 imo.

Why wouldn't he? In a draft system Swindon wouldn't have a choice who they have. Draft systems usually work by the worst team having first pick the following season. In that case, why would anyone leave Doyle for Swindon to have. Also, gradings are so unfair too. We've been over this subject time and again and it's just not possible. To many factors in the way. Rider's wages are one thing, with certain clubs pay better than others. Rider has to be interested. As an example not fact:- Jason Doyle is on £400 a point, he has to go to Peterborough who can only afford £200 a point. Should he have to accept that? Of course not, he'd probably feel better off giving the UK a miss. It was bad enough when a draft system was used for reserves. Some rider's refused due to distences to travel etc. If a team can afford 4 heatleaders and other clubs can't, so be it. That's sport.

Think Todd Kurtz will be 3.39 as he'd been declared in the top league previously with Poole in 2012. It's only 'new' foreign rider's to the league that have to be assessed 4.00 minimum and that's only for team building and re-declaration.

Maybe MPT had an option of both with Buster and he had chosen Peterborough as his own choice being a better racers track?
