  1. If only speedway (or sport for that matter) was that simple and predictable. Nobody knows what would have happened with two full teams, Bjerre & Kerr could have gated their way to five wins each for all you or I know.
  2. Christ almighty, gonna be a cricket score. Don't think Bjerre's performances really depend on the track, it's more about his confidence at the time and how well he is gating.
  3. Apart from his 20 points in 2011? Thoughts obviously with Roo but hopefully the boys can put in a good performance for him.
  4. Kozza will click into gear when he drops to reserve. Don't forget he averaged over seven the last time he rode over here. Has an awful lot to offer.
  5. Why on earth did Coles only have four rides?
  6. I'm sure there are non Poole fans who support him in the GP'S, and what about the fans of his Swedish and Polish clubs? The apology to his fellow riders is the most important however and you've now ignored it twice.
  7. What about fans who support him who don't follow Poole? Or the other riders he could have put in danger had he not been tested and caught?
  8. Difficult to now but I stand by the fact that they could have been, think I posted as much on the 'Oh well there's always next season!' thread. I thought Ellis would kick on and Birks might rediscover his pre - injury form of 2013 but it hasn't turned out that way. Really liked the look of the pairing on paper though.
  9. Cradley are due a good hiding, perhaps today will be the day.
  10. He has made giant strides since joining Poole though, that can't be argued. You could argue that he would have done so at Lynn if he'd stayed and I believe he would, he is so good at the AFA that his home average would be colossal and I think finishing his U21 commitments was a large factor in his improvement when he left Lynn and certainly contributed to some of his half hearted efforts for us in 2012. As for last night I thought it was decent without being amazing, there were still plenty of FTG's. Looked early doors like the gating tarts would prosper but thankfully the racers were rewarded later on. It's a pity Hancock held up Puk for so long in his semi as I think he had found a really fast set up and with another lap would have pinched second and made the final.
  11. If Adam can ride like he did on Wednesday he could score stone decent points. Not beyond the realms of possibility that we could win this match but they would require a big upturn in form for Iversen, Porsing & Morris.
  12. You'd think with the visa issue in a very delicate state that work permit riders would be on their best behaviour this year.
  13. If the guy can't take a bit of hard riding and has to lash out then I'd suggest he has a problem he needs to get sorted. Poor behaviour.
  14. Got to hope the Norfolk lads are both fit or this could be a massacre.
  15. Sheffield did well to win on the night with just 5 points from their guest. Good to see Birks back among the points. Edinburgh coping well with an awfully long tail just as they did last year.
  16. Sheffield have no chance but hopefully Garrity can get stuck in and ruffle a few smug feathers
  17. Yes he would but I imagine we'll be looking for a guest too.
  18. Howarth has always been garbage at Lynn but to be fair to him he rode well tonight, I would imagine the much slicker conditions suited him better. As they did Leigh Lanham.
