What's the crack with only 3 riders in the first semi-final?

Check that the torrent has completed downloading. If it has and it still doesn't play go back onto any torrent site (pirate bay, btjunkie) and do a search for 'codec'. You should get a large list but the one I have is k-lite codec pack and it's all the available codes that are available for all types of PC Media Players. Once you download then and the actual download of the speedway has completed it should play fine.

Would you consider Tomasz Jedrezjak worthy of a place in the 2008 Polish SWC squad? From what I've read and seen he seems to be flying at the moment.....damn shame he won't come back and ride for Belle Vue (I know we can't fit him in at the moment though)

We'll see Steve. I think you're a bit premature writing everyone else off just yet. Jonsson and Andersen were in the final alongside Pedersen and I think they could give him a good run for his money. Disastrous start for Adams who'll be playing catch up already. Crump is only 7 behind Pedersen and can easily make that up. Long way to go yet.

He most certainly was from Oz. In Crumpies book there are some pics of the two of them racing in the Aussie Junior Championship, He had bags of potential but never did anything of note for the Aces unlike Mr Doolan.

Neil Collins and the late Wayne Garrett had a big set to at Cradley one year, 91 I think it was. Also remember some fighting between Belle Vue and Wolves fans outside the Chieftain Stand in 1989. Stood there amazed at it, I was only 10 at the time.

Belle Vue's first meeting at Kirkmanshulme Lane after the move from Hyde Road was against Bradford in the FVNT. It was abandoned after 3 heats. That's the last time I remember Belle Vue riding in it.

No Adams at Leszno or Crump at Wroclaw. I would have thought those twio would have been amongst the first names to be added to any squad.

If, and I think at this moment it's a big if, all 3 decide to hang up their GP Kevlars then I would assume the top 3 in the GP qualifier replace them and then the 3 below those would be the ones who 'qualified'. Sure someone else has a more definite answer. Greg may contemplate it but will give it another go. Leigh has rode really well this season in the GP and with finishing second may feel he can go one better in 2008. Gollob, I think, will surprise a lot of people in 2008.

Laukannen was riding because he qualified as second reserve. Peter Karlsson qualified as first reserve. I think Karlsson replaced Lindback and Laukannen replaced Hampel.

They may, as you put it, lower the standards but they have earned the right to be in the 2008 SGP.
