Would fit at Comets, or what about Redcar.
-
Kyle Howarth is 5.33, cos he's a former British Development rider so Comets have 17.60 available. Laura put that on Unofficial Comets site tonight.
-
5th signing tomorrow at 9pm everyone!
-
4.69
-
James Wright?
-
I'd sooner have Rusty in the team than Aanio or Wells, like Aarnio but he needs better bikes. Wells could do ok but the 2011 Rusty for me if that's what he'd be
-
Hoping Adam's here

Second signing to be announced tonight at 9pm.
-
Hope you're wrong

I'm sure Kauko would be welcomed back, think he likes being nearer to airports now though.

2013 - Changes / What Do You Like ?

If a team are on a 5-1 and one of the other team comes off it should be awarded. Agree no tac subs in 2 legged matches, not fair on the team who may stay close in the first leg until the later heats Top 4 only for play-off but call it the Grand Final, have the table topper as champions. Next 4 for Young Shield or whatever they call it. ps no complaint about Scunny winning, everyone knew the rules and it wasn't their fault Worky and Edin couldn't ride. -

Good luck Berwick, good news I hope. -
The new Workington promoter is Laura Morgan, or am I missing something.

From Times and Star Meanwhile, hopes that former Comet Rusty Harrison could race for the outfit for the rest of this season have been dashed. Harrison was banned for 12 months in July for withholding services when he walked out on Comets. He last week appealed against the ban but while it was reduced by the British Speedway Promoters’ Association it remains in force for the remainder of the 2012 programme. Not that it really matters, would be good to have the 2011 Rusty back

Think it was originally 12 months but was reduced when the Comets tried to get him in the team again just before the cut off date

Workington V Berwick Friday 26th Oct

Me too, would have preferred Sat though. Wonder if many Berwick fans will come over. -
Laura has posted on the Comets forum that this meeting will take place on Friday at 19.30.

Was a rerun offered to Workington? If it was and it was turned down then fair enough, I don't think it was though. They should have tried to run the meeting, Edinburgh would probably have won but it would have been decided on the TRACK. I hope lessons are learned from this, but as it's the BPSA who knows.

Tony Jackson is staying on and will also be co-promoter.
