Workington V Redcar 06/04/13 7.00

Liked the parade, better than riders coming from the stand individually. Also no delays and they got on with it. Agree about Kus, Michael Max got it right about him, he can be good but it appears not often. Good race 15, Dyer was good throughout, roll on Thurs. -

The new promotion is footing the bill and there are two coaches, a whole 98 of us. -
Yeh hope he is

Good to hear
-
Yeh get well, hope you're back soon
-
The difference is a long drive instead of a 2 to 3 hour flight, anyway good luck Richard.

The £2.99 per month is to watch it on-line, it is free on Sky. Well if you've got the right package anyway.

Seems to be a few new ones on forum so maybe more members

Can't beat starting them young, legs out as well

Here's the link http://www.speedwaystar.net/News.aspx Surprised at the timing, does anyone know what his job is, not that it matters.

Doesn't seem clueless to me if it gives incentive for people who may not have done to attend. Better to have some in paying £10 then not having them in at all. Workington is only 20 mile from Keswick and has Workington Hall in which Mary Queen of Scots spent her last night of freedom. A lot of people may not know that (yeh, or care!). It's run down now but hopefully getting done up. http://www.timesands...ath=home/2.1681

Seems strange signing a team if they're not sure of running, riders would be well chuffed I'm sure to to be told they hadn't a team place at this late stage. Hopefully seeing you at DP with your decent looking team in a few months time.

Good luck James

Skoobie should let it go, Craig rides for Edinburgh, move on. I wish he was here but he's not. Without Laura we probably wouldn't have had speedway so think positive! Craig is better than Rich though, Prem League champ, top of the averages and about 15 races in a row unbeaten in Prem League and a decent Elite League ave with clubs wanting to sign him. Having said that Rich has improved each season and did pass more last season than before, anyone at Sheffield when he flew past Kauko? "Style class and elegance" doesn't always win races.
-
Hope he does get a team spot. Think he may have left the Comets too early the first time even though he was Premier League Champion at the time. Chris Holder was in that final, how their careers have been different since! There was no doubling up back then so it was just Elite for him. I remember him flying round the boards at DP but now he seems to stick to the inside a lot, maybe it's confidence.
-
I think he will.

We should give the team a chance, Kyle Howarth improved a lot last season and I'm sure he had a maximum towards the end of the season. Tero will have better machinery and has been ok at previous tracks, Adam came in on a false average last season and was always going to be difficult to replace after he left. No one can be sure how riders are going to perform, who would've thought Sam Masters the PLRC Champion would be dropped by Somerset. Injuries, loss of form, off track problems...wonder how many teams will finish with their starting 7?
-
No, but likely to be named this week. The launch of the new website is this week too, so possibly on that on launch.
-
Good, cheers.
-
Off thread I know but does anyone know how Adrian Rymel's doing?
-
Yeh probably.
-
Has any team before had the previous 2 years PLRC winners in their team?
-
pointless or not, funny. Maybe you haven't seen his strops, good rider though to go with Craig when he signs (if?)
