MET OFFICE based on my postcode Overcast all day 15.00. rain until 18.00 18,00 heavy showers until 23.00. there is some doubt how far east and how quickly it will travel. Lets all keep our fingers crossed.

Not correct, Berwick can run up to 4 sundays for rain offs, that is unless someone has requested a change of day,

I have to admit, I have always wondered why many meetings are off, as you said riders just need to adapt their riding to suit. The biggest problem in many things is the bl**dy 'Health & Safety Man' they seem to look for problems that are not really problems.

No surprise in June, I was taught as a youth (that was a long time ago) never run an outdoor event in June

I remember when a pint cost 1/10p, things have moved on, don't live in the past, it really was not a nice place.

Might in theory be an Edinburgh asset, but unless they are riding for them, they are not a Monarch, they are self employed speedway riders looking for a job. Remember it was Edinburgh that in effect sacked them.
