I’d argue he HAS shown it. He’s been a victim of the hype that surrounded him early doors that makes people think he’s flopped when that’s not the case. Honestly when I see the likes of Lee Complin and Adam Roynon (probably) getting team places whilst Kemp at 20 years old being discarded and left on the shelf makes my heart sink to be honest.

You’ll get stuffed at Goodison Saturday -
Fingers crossed not just for us, but the league in general. I’m sure everybody would like to see him at their track. Without a doubt would add to the gate receipts everywhere.

Not sure it was Louis doing the chasing judging by those comments.

“Last November, the Polish Ekstraliga agreed that three Russians who have Polish passports- Laguta Emil Sayfutdinov and Andrey Kudriashov - could sign 2023 contracts with top flight clubs” ”Full clearance for them to race next season will only be given after each rider has agreed to a set of conditions, which includes they will not take legal action against the PZM for loss of earnings. “It is also believed another condition of returning is that the riders show their opposition to the war and also agree not to compete in any other league - a restriction that will end Sayfutdinov’s efforts to find a British Club. “He has been heavily linked to a return to this country but would not be able to race in the Premiership unless Ekstraliga bosses drop the conditions under which the trio of Russians can return to racing regularly in Poland”. Speedway Star. So there we have it, the Poles have put the kebosh on that one. Highly unlikely they drop these conditions and the riders are not going to kick up a fuss either and potentially lose their places back in the Ekstraliga. Time to move on me thinks..

I did as it goes. Quite enjoyable. Kemp has had a bit of a rough deal IMO.

Didn’t think it would take you long!

I don’t rate either particularly. Just my opinion but I get the Mason Campton’s and Ty Proctors with these two.

Should have just binned this off if you’re not going to hold it at every track. Three clubs get a home advantage while the others don’t, just devalues the whole thing. -

Worrall was definitely in at Peterborough so I wonder what changed? No idea why you’d suddenly take him out and replace him with Andersen, especially when there was no need to average wise. Very strange if true. -
You’re another being selective and hand picking results to suit your argument. His away average IS pretty poor compared to his home average isn’t it? Most riders have a better home average than away that’s a given, but the difference isn’t normally as stark as Cook’s. That’s definitely something he needs to improve and work on.

He narked a lot of people off me included last year leaving the team 2 under, think he’d be lynched if he left us over 3 under!
-
Foxhall crowds don’t seem to change much whether we’re doing well or rubbish. They’re consistently healthy. Definitely one of if not the best supported club in the league.
-
But not speedway in general I’d guess. Hume was trails and motocross before he had a crack at speedway quite late on. Completely different skill set. Pointless predicting anyhow some riders progress some don’t. Best just to wait and see.

We do. Reserves win meetings we’ve seen that time and time again. That’s why I have Lynn doing very well. Unfortunately

Yep, BigCat is convinced Andersen is in as are one or two others.. -
Obviously yes, but Emil won’t be on a 6 if it gets done, pretty sure of that.
-
Reserve maybe, not reserves. Other than Flint, Jack Thomas will more than hold his own against all the others. There’s stronger reserves than Hume no doubt, but he’ll chip in particularly at home.
-
I think that’s what Louis is banking on. If Hume signs, he goes in to the 1-5 but the reality is he’ll be signing as a reserve. You’d expect Hume and Rew to swap after the first set of averages, then you’re looking at Rew being partnered at 2 with Doyle. Not a bad rider to learn off!

There doesn’t seem to be the transfer “window” that we had last year, just a cut off point so changes can be made whenever clubs feel like it up to that point. Because of that it’s impossible to say who will ultimately lift the pot in August/September. There probably won’t be a single club that finishes the season with the same 7 riders that started it..
-
Yeah you’re right. Could you in theory pull a fast one and use this 25% discount to strengthen pretty quickly? Signs on a 3 for team building purposes using the 25% and then replace with a rider using his real average when the season starts. Pretty shi tty way to treat someone though and I’m pretty sure Louis wouldn’t do that. Only Poole would stoop that low
