  1. Rain stopped a couple of hours ago and it wasn't exactly hammering down, , can't see it being an issue going on past events at the NSS, seems to have the capacity to drain well and be raceable.
  2. Now I'm totally bolloxed, I've not seen that film. Seriously though, as I read your posts I always find myself hearing Ozzie, subconsciously of course but it happens all the same.
  3. Fair enough, my apologies I'd forgotten which side of the fence you sit, it's been a hectic week on here.
  4. Agreed, there are plenty of them, unfortunately if you arrive by train or coach they are pretty much the first thing you see as you leave the stations. Anyway, don't let that put you off, it's a great city with a lot to offer.
  5. What about Lambastablebert, surely he's in more need of the practice, especially after a week on the beach.
  6. No worries, if you're wondering what to do for the afternoon just shout up, there's plenty of decent bars, restaurants, museums, buskers, vagrants etc.
  7. Welcome to Manchester, hopefully you'll still have a good time and enjoy the speedway. btw, drizzly means it's quite a nice day in Manchester.
  8. You're quite right, it can be something to regret in later life but somehow I don't think this will be the case with Tai, he is destined to spend his retirement probably somewhere like the Gold Coast, or Skegness, mostly messing around on bikes and surf boards. It's not as though he's going to have to apply for jobs and go through interview procedures like the rest of us. I doubt very much he will have cause to regret his tattoos, they fit perfectly with who he is.
  9. Thanks for your trouble, much appreciated. Totally understandable rule..
  10. Is it everywhere in the UK then? I know it's banned @ Belle Vue but it's an astroturf type surface so understandable. Can understand if it is banned due to the amount of people and potential hazards on centre greens. Indeed, it's something of a bonus to have the 2 separate battles for places, could well go to the wire for all the places. What a mature rider Max Fricke is, so impressive every time I see him.
  11. Well he's shown he's no coward, which is more than can be said for you.
  12. As I've said before, in the real world you speak of you would have been shunned a long long time ago for the stuff you come out with re Woffinden, now you've decided to drop it a few more notches and bring the dead and injured into your pathetic crusade. Lower than a snakes belly!
  13. But you're just keeping it going with your own contributions, you've just thrown out insults as big as any that have previously appeared in the thread, clever lad aren't you. As the lady says, if you don't like it, jog on..
  14. Thanks but that link doesn't go the usual route to the scorecard and it doesn't seem to be in the World Cup section either. cheers pm sent also in case you don't see this. edit, just checked again and it's there now, cheers.
  15. You sure? I think you're well on you're way to becoming the most prolific poster over the last couple of days, just sayin...
  16. Not very good at this are you rob, give it up lad, you're making a bigger fool of yourself.
  17. Rob you've really got this wrong, nobody (well maybe 2 or 3) is giving this thread life because you started a debate in any way, quite the opposite. The question in the title of the thread has not been in question since 30 seconds after it was posted by you, there is no way on this earth that Tai Woffinden should not be included in the GB squad. You and a couple of others can have your digs but the truth of the matter is our World Champion is the only name that, barring injury, has been a 100% guaranteed starter for Team GB, the other 3 (plus reserve) places are up for genuine discussion. The only reason this thread is still going is because you are giving entertainment by being a total w-nker. In real life you would have been laughed out of any room, there's no way you could have kept things going this long but the thread has become a guilty pleasure for many of us, I find myself drawn back every day to see if you have folded but you're still there, plugging away with your nonsense. It's certainly all about you rob but everyone's laughing at you, certainly not with you, even the best entertainment becomes stale eventually though, so maybe it's getting time for you to crawl back into obscurity for a while. I'm sure Mr Woffinden will oblige by giving you reason to open a new thread about how unworthy he is, then perhaps we can all have a laugh at you again, who knows maybe someone will have nailed your true identity and we can put your speedway career to bed, if indeed it ever existed. Enjoy the World Cup rob, hope you get to meet the fella you seem to harbour so much hatred for and have the opportunity to say your piece, I'm sure he'll be all ears (& tattoos).
  18. Interesting theory but surely one person can't be responsible for so much stupidity.
