  1. I suppose the question is was the team agreed before Harris got dropped do you want to ring Chapman or Woolley and say' sorry but this other lad has become available so sorry but you are no longer in the team'? but I agree maybe he should form part of a future line up. Leicester could do with riders like Luke.
  2. Proud Potter is normally on the ball with the threads but in his absence I thought I would start one !!!! My prediction is for......Good weather and a great afternoon !!!! Line ups courtesy of the Leicester Lions Website; Stoke: 1. Ben Wilson, 2. Chris Widman, 3. Ben Hopwood, 4. Lee Payne, 5. Jon Armstrong, 6. Rob Shuttleworth and 7. Adam Kirby Leicester: 1. 3. I believe he had the crash whilst riding for Kings Lynn Barracudas 2009 I think he was their no.1
  4. You have to say it's a shame but it doesn't seem to be a surprise some how
  5. http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=76713&page=2&do=findComment&comment=2467283quote name="bw double" post="2467323" timestamp="1402958680"] Cant believe no post for this meeting ,but i dont think the field was strong enough . In past years there has been some very strong pairings put out by teams. But this years field seems to lack big names ,still well done Hitmen on your fourth place. But when is the next meeting at Buxton there is much to long a gap to keep people interested, come on Jayne get some meetings on or nobody will be bothered to come after such a long time between meetings plenty of other thngs to do on a sunday. It's here. These events go in shared http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=76713&page=2&do=findComment&comment=2467283
  6. Well done to the Demons after a shaky start to the season. They seem to be getting it together. They certainly made Cradley work for it. Odd decision to put Stoneman and Andrews in ht 15 though
  7. The details are below but if you haven't left yet check out their website since in the Club tab and How to Find Us section they have put a Google earth map marked up with the route. It makes it very clear. Well done to the Plymouth club. FROM SOMERSET, DORSET & BEYOND By Car: Leave A38 Devon Expressway at Marsh Mills. Follow the B3416 (signposted Plympton), then turn left into Coypool Road (signposted Park and Ride) where there are 520 free parking places less than 100 metres from the arena.

  9. That is one area that Leicester struggle. I think it is because the area is so small. It wouldn't do to have loads of people wondering through. Although the surrounding area is quite big. I think they could possibly do with a gantry like they have at Cov but probably more important priorities. It's a shame cos we have a lot of youngsters.
  10. Probably be re-staged. Oh whens Benji back?

  12. Can't they race the same night as Cradley
  13. He could also do a good job at Glasgow. Certainly better than the highly overated Kasper Lykke
  14. I hope the Cradley fans give the Scunny team the respect they deserve. After all, they are only 7 lads trying to make their way in the sport and so early on getting caught up in the 'politics' is not good
  15. He rode well at Leicester yesterday. Much more controlled and a much more mature rider than last year.
  16. Who do you actually think has the agenda Hooper. Leicester or the BSPA ?
  17. There you go unattached !!!!But i'm only guessing don't know for sure
  18. I suppose we will have to wait till we see who he is replaced with.
  19. Probably because Tom was in the original line up so therefore in a 'declared' way if you will. Leicester probably had to declare 7 riders and replace them to cover unavailabilityas per NL rules. I don't imagine they would have been able to pick and choose for each meeting or it wouldn't have made it fair on the other teams in the Trophy If that's the case then Neale would be guesting for Shanes. I don't think it matters if he is helping out or not. Neale is in another declared line up
  20. Luke Priest and don't say journeyman cos Lee Dicken was hardly inspired. I'd rathet they left it as it was to see how it plays out
  21. but you can't gauge 1 team on the whole league. As you say Coventry have an MDL team so it is a little shameful
  22. I agree shock of shocks I do think a standard has been set and now teams are going up there with a scoreline in mind not to be seen as weaker than others who have been.
