  1. Wallinger didn’t need last long! Jenkins is making a big commitment now though cos he’ll want a 2.00 average for next season so can’t score that many
  2. Yep! Gilkes should be fit and they could even tempt Ablitt to change his mind by then in meetings that don’t affect his average!
  3. So that reads that a 2.something rider can ‘guest’! But seeing as the rule change was never announced I wonder if they’ve just forgot to update this bit in the regs to 2.00 from 3.00 when the new minimum average came out. Also point G suggests that Leek could cover for someone in the main body with a lower average than him because it clearly should now say 2.00.
  4. I don’t remember reading it when the regs were published online.
  5. Gilkes now ruled out. This has to be an away win now.
  6. If that new rule has been brought in unannounced, no other club has used it yet.
  7. Yep new super strong reserves for the Cubs against a depleted Kings. It’s going to be a difficult meeting for Kent!
  8. Only unattached riders with a 2.00 can come in at reserve to ‘guest’ or ‘replace’ a rider, whatever term you want to use. Leek has a 2.86 average which makes him ineligible.
  9. Of the 4 league meetings he did, he crashed out of 2 of them! Also remember his excellent start of the season scores were NT meetings.
  10. Forecast looks much better for tomorrow than today. Anyone know the line-ups?
  11. How are Mildenhall using Leek as a guest for Kelly when Leek isn’t in a declared line-up?
  12. Wallinger?! Unlucky on Hume to lose his place but to lose it to someone as unreliable as Wallinger and Agertoft stays in the team who’s scoring worse than Thomsen must be a bitter pill to swallow.
  13. There was lots of interest for an NL meeting by all accounts. The Warriors fans group on fb had plenty of posts all evening from those that went and didn’t go. Also reports of a good crowd size. The real reason for the lack of posts here is the lack of interest in this forum!
  14. Tbf Bickley wasnt at Glasgow yet when the fixtures were released (remember Lawlor and the hotel room?). So maybe BV thought they could get a result at Plymouth minus Phillips and would rather save Friday’s with a full team to showcase in front of their own fans.
  15. Lawson & Wells have been the 2 not pulling their weight yet Andersson & Palovaara are sacked! Thats the longest tail in the league too!
  16. That’s why Rutherford isn’t Stoke’s reserve at the NL Fours then, and Alcock is.
  17. Unfortunate on Clouting who’s now lumbered with an over 3pt average and unable to guest at reserve.
  18. Home advantage still is home advantage, just ask Peterborough’s Fours teams.
  19. I have to agree with those saying that Stoke, on their own track, look dark horses. BV and Kent don’t look bad either.
  20. Plymouth are dreadful at announcing information.
  21. An interesting read. When the home support are so vociferous about the track then you know something is wrong!
  22. I don’t know why Plymouth didn't use a tac sub. Wilson could’ve come into heat 9 or 12 and them extra points could've won them the meeting.
