Others havent been awarded revised averages from less than 8 meetings so I wouldnt say that is definite. Cleggs is the 1 that seems to have been but again not confirmed as ratified anywhere yet.

Currently there is one big drawback - there is nothing really worthwhile that comes with winning. No prize money , no significant publicity and limited extra sponsorship opportunities. But perhaps it may take a different outlook such as this one to bring those extra financials....

Its the National DEVELOPMENT League Thats what the set up has as its aim and is what should be the most important aspect If this gives Drew Kemp a chance to progress at a faster rate it is what needs to happen for the future of British Speedway

I believe that within current regulations a rider is not permitted to own their own registration - it has to be an a promotion
