Find 30 or so extra heat leader quality riders that will ride in the UK for £50 a point and you could have something close to the current Premiership standard
Which do you think is most feasible?
Alternatively its answers the OP as to why 2 leagues
One big league would have to be at a level below current Championship level somewhere around 39 points -equivalent of 2018 Premiership standard of 30 points
That would automatically share out heatleaders......
No it wouldnt
The team that holds his registration have not included him in their 1-7 so he can now ride anywhere he wants and all that can be demanded is a standard loan fee
1) To be open honest and transparent
2) Fan interaction - the majority of this forum for example is team building thoughts through the winter
And when changes are needed in May then then both 1 and 2 apply again

So there is now a definitive list of in excess of 260 riders worldwide that have their 2018 averages set in black and white
Lets see it then BSPA.......
Market forces - generally fees would be higher where top tier clubs had extra income from TV money
This would circulate to all levels
Without it transfer values at all levels will fall
Given the general financial position of speedway at present and the further instability the likelyhood of no TV money adds then I would think transfer values are at rock bottom right now
