Many rules change 1 over 8, Doubling up elligibility, Draft system, 2 Brits etc etc Rules can change where it is decided they are no longer appropriate. Hiding behind 'those are the rules' is the soft option.

It is possible. It happened to 'Pob' and he changed it back (apparently allowed max 2 changes a month ) Maybe try a PM to him - Im sure he would be happy to talk you through it. Still working out some of the settings options myself and dont need that one so havent looked!
