  1. Thats exactly why it was seen as a restraint - if Scott is too good then fair enough but others with higher averages (also too good) are allowed so......
  2. My point was you had said Poland didnt have to abide by British law and I was stating they effectively they do as the law is the same - European law. Therefore if one can impose restrictions then so can another (or most likely BOTH are undertaking illegal practices) The new arrangement is likely to be just as illegal as the old and can only remain until challenged
  3. The link quite clearly quotes 'Since the UK joined the EU Scots law has also been affected by European law....' Next...
  4. All core legislation is blanket through the EU Such areas as employment law is a pillar of the EU charter 'Local' laws such as differences between England Scotland Wales etc would be limited to minor matters such as hospital car park charges and local taxation
  5. Surely this would all be European law and so Poland only has the same restrictions (or flexibility) as Britain
  6. Is this a sign of things to come? Matt has always been top dog but now finds himself out in the cold....
  7. At the very least you know he will be competent and professional. Style will always be a matter of taste - lets see how he goes first.....
  8. Boro may get the best of both if Scott averages 7.50 initially and ends up at 8.50.......
  9. Agree but having a rider drop dramatically often gives a team better options for changes that could bring success
  10. Im hoping that there is a place for Nathan Greaves He was fantastic for the Witches both in his scoring and with his attitude and effort Our Massif rider of he year and a great shame he is not back for us this season
  11. Doyle - no Hancock - no Woffy - yes Re the points limit my take is that it would only be illegal if it was set differently for different teams
  12. There is still a potential place at Newcastle for Nathan - It would be great if he secured that.
  13. What colour do you want your 3 legged unicorn in? Getting that would be a more reasonable expectation.....
  14. Perhaps the Bandits will win the league and the last line of the film can be "I love it when a plan comes together"
  15. Because Morris averaged less in the Championship than the Premiership last season!
  16. Good luck to Scott Looking forward to him in 2019 as a Witch on a very attractive average
