  1. Continuing to repeat this particular comment does you no credit Phil We know you have knowledge and contacts and many look to your input as an important gauge of fact or fiction in certain situations Smug trolling is beneath you
  2. There has never been a 25% regulation in previous years Don't worry I forgive you for your stupidity
  3. Which hasn't happened but the initial declaration and the start of the season has.... With this comment you have just confirmed that the regulation hasn't been enforced
  4. More questions than answers Regulations are a basket case.....
  5. Does it matter? It adds to the entertainment. The regulations, integrity and transparency are just secondary considerations to be ignored as required - just ask Belle Vue fans........
  6. The bullsh!t being spouted about league and league Cup is just smoke and mirrors to justify the manipulation The regulation applies to the team declarations prior to the start of the season. It doesn't matter what competition has started or otherwise The fact that only League matches are quoted for the 25% makes no difference it still doesn't state you can make changes earlier As Bigcatdiary suggests they simply haven't applied the regulation and instead have copped out with the alternative "best interest" regulation British Speedway has no integrity as a sporting competition as a result
  7. You are correct that no rules have been broken as they are regulations The regulations apply from the start of the season (March 15th). All apply to the team declarations prior to the commencement of the season
  8. That Belle Vue appear to be getting away with it - I could not agree more
  9. It would be their choice - they could try not manipulating the rules instead
  10. So be it - and ban the promotion from holding a license for life
  11. Which by that means Allen can't be replaced as he is not injured...... He was in the declaration prior to the start of the season therefore the regulations should apply
  12. That was my initial understanding too (from seeing the same answer from Chris) however it has been indicated since that it's not the case!! In this case we would have 2 chances to use Danyon then and haven't. If we don’t then use him as part of the R/R facility in these circumstances then you have to question if there is a point to the whole situation at all....
  13. I would too but I don't think the rules allow it as a No 8 Championship Danyon though surely would fit as a guest.....
  14. Should give Danyon at least 3 of the R/R rides IMO A good night for the Witches either way - a win over the Stars or defeat meaning the Pussycats go out
  15. If that's the case they can't replace him after he goes as he is not injured and it's outside the transfer window It has to be no facility until 25% of league fixtures complete .....
  16. That's where the lack of transparency rears its head again I understand it as Kildemand being declared with Iversen in as a 28 injury replacement only Given that I would say Iversen CANNOT stay as after the 28 days he has to leave. If he was to stay then it would be a change which isn't within the rules
  17. I think that has happened a few times now so can't see it being an issue He was declared initially so seems logical A facility for PUK would be a much greyer area in my mind as he isn't in the 1-7 officially and his agreed time is simply finishing
  18. Would be a facility for Kildemand surely with Pickering going to No1 as per original declaration .....
  19. Why - is there a cut off date ? I'd assumed the final would be in October regardless
  20. Witches are out - can only get to 7 points and Boro already on 8 Lynn just need to win either meeting to progress Interesting point perhaps that Lynn could go out after not losing a single meeting in the group during the main 15 heats 2 super heat losses for Lynn would see Boro through......
