  1. what?? there is no right or wrong way.....................you seem a very strange individual
  2. no your not right its all about opinion. your promoter does it one way and many others do it another way. do you honestly think that by Ipswich announcing their 1-7 tomorrow will have an impact on the season??? get in the real world. Ipswich are promoting the club non stop at the moment in conjunction with the football team. The riders are going out on corporate events from now until the start of the season, going out meeting fans at various functions. Thats something that cant be done if you havent announced your riders. Makes no difference how you announce your side and Ipswich are getting the riders involved with the fans from now until March. There is no right or wrong way so get back in your box
  3. I know! Never read so much tosh in my life
  4. Wouldnt have either Holder near my club personally. Kurtz is a must and Hans would be good back up. Woryna and Shanes decent reserves. After that who knows
  5. lol you crack me up. does it really matter one bit when the riders are announced. Personally i dont mind going into the new year knowing our 1-7 and not worrying like Poole fans are over who they might be getting. Do you think that come March our fans wont bother going because the team was announced in November lol
  6. KING NEWMAN HEEPS MOUNTAIN HUME 2 spaces left. Nicholls, Schlein, Covatti will be one of them and then possibly a newbie
  7. Newman , Przedpelski, Lambert and Perks all unlikely. You must have reached the half century of riders you have named. I guess if you say loads of names and 1 does sign you can say you were right
  8. Poole and young Brits don't seem to go well together back to the time they got rid of Howarth. Saw Ellis progress and then dumped him for foreign riders. Newman cruelly dispensed with and a fans favourite. Why would any young Brit go there and improve only to be dumped?
  9. Yes i agree could and should be a good signing especially if he starts at reserve.
  10. Could also be the case with Woryna?
  11. If we have a top 5 of: KING NICHOLLS/SCHLEIN COVATTI HEEPS NEWMAN Then i would be as bold to say that barring injuries (again) nobody will have a stronger top 5 in the league. Add in Danyon and i would even say we would be title favourites
  12. Must have been about 30 riders mentioned as riding for Poole next season. Im surprised that so far only Woryna has been signed and Matt Ford has nobody else. Kurtz will be back im sure but the rest of the side could be anyones guess. Why would Leon Madsen ride over here as according to Poole Pirates Fanatic / BrandonBob / Gater1, Iversen wont ride because of the Danish league on a Wednesday?? Whats the difference with Madsen?
  13. Agree totally. Can see Cook being similar to say Batchelor when he was in the series. The odd semi , maybe even one blinding GP like Batch had, but ultimately will end up near the bottom end. Hopefully im wrong
  14. Showed Brady Kurtz the quickest way round Wimborne Road last time Wolves were there though. 15 from 5 completed rides isnt that bad
  15. Surely you genuine Poole and speedway fans must find this Gater/Fanatic child a bit tedious
  16. Can you please practice what you preach and dont post on other teams threads
  17. A troll is someone who post to antagonise and inflame discussion. Starman , for all his faults isnt a troll he just simply isnt well educated. Poole Pirates Fanatic, Speedway Fanatic, BrandonBob and Gater1 are all the same person........that in itself is just plain strange. Gater1 posts stop appearing when Poole Pirates fanatic starts posting and vice versa lol
  18. Belle Vue could track Cook, Zagar and Fricke and Jack Smith and take up 25.32 leaving 17.18 for 3 riders. Tungate at 6.18 leaves 11 for 2 riders. Belle Vue look like they could be very strong to me. Wolves to if they can have Lindgren. Tai and Masters
  19. Belle Vue - COOK Kings Lynn - IVERSEN Leicester - VACULIK Rye House - THORSELL Swindon - MORRIS Poole - KURTZ Somerset - DOYLE Wolves - LINDGREN Rye House could have a top 4 of Thorsell, Harris, Nicholls and KK!!! 4 of those 8 teams will be led by GP riders and another 2 have GP level riders in Morris and Iversen
  20. Nothing wrong with Belle Vues position or Wolves Cook , Fricke and Steve Worrall is a strong top 3 backed up by Tungate and the emerging Bewley Lindgren, Masters and Schlein is likewise as Wolves top 3.
  21. NO! Leave our riders alone lol Heeps and Covatti will hopefully be back at Foxhall in whatever league
  22. In my opinion Holder and Pedersen are not as good as they were. At the start of the 2017 season i thought they would still have lots to offer but Holder was abysmal and Nicki didnt do to much before his unfortunate injury. Pawlicki was world number 6 in 2016 so thought he would kick on but went backwards. Lindgren has a bad injury to contend with as well and not his fault but Vaculik doesnt excite me. Hancock at some point has to regress and could have a season like Holder did I went into the 2017 gp season full of optimism. This year the anticipation isnt as strong, but thats my opinion
  23. I think the series looks weak compared to last year. The top 5 look nailed on just trying to work out what order. Magic and Zagar look good for top 8 and then the other 8 all look like battling it for 8th. 1. DUDEK 2. DOYLE 3. ZMARZLIK 4. WOFFINDEN 5. SAYFUTDINOV 6. ZAGAR 7. JANOWSKI 8. HANCOCK 9. LINDGREN 10. VACULIK 11. LAGUTA 12. PAWLICKI 13. COOK 14. HOLDER 15. PEDERSEN
  24. I know lol. I think Poole will have 2 teams at this rate all this riders that will only ride over here and only for Poole
