  1. Everyone wants to win but yet certain Poole fans believe that winning the league over credibility and the sport not dying is more important. Oh and for the record stop posting on the Ipswich threads chasing me around.......i know you cant cope if im not about but its a bit like Fatal Attraction, need to check the rabbit!
  2. Well done Sheffield clearly the better team over the 2 legs, finished top so deserved the title. The racing on the night was pretty good No issues with Scott guesting but clear to anyone he put Greaves in the fence in heat one there isn't a defence of that. If heat 8 had finished the way it looked then the tie might have been on but in the end it was just good to see all the riders get up. Such a shame that injuries wrecked our season but we can be proud of the way we have come through it. Not once did our original 1-7 come to the tapes. Newman injured on the ploughed field at Poole before we had a match. Covatti then suffering a season with ending injury and never being replaced properly. Hume then suffering the same fate. Though Greaves has been superb. We then lose a flying Heeps just before the play offs and then Connor as well Would have been nice to see how we would have got on but that's speedway. I think Danny will be disappointed and the last couple of months has been poor really. If Scott comes next season I think Danny may go. A top 3 of Nicholls , Schlien and Covatti with Heeps and Newman would be very strong if doable. Hume and Mountain obvious choices for reserve.
  3. im sure the idea of the system is to have as close to the best 15 riders in the world. This season pretty much everybody was saying that we had that. Out of the 15 this season only 8 can go forward to 2018. So 7 of the worlds best will not be qualified 3 newbies have come through the challenge though I know Laguta has been there before. Out of the 7 who at the start of 2017 were considered the best in the world only 4 could come back. 9th and 10th this season surely must be amongst the best in the world. You could have situations where riders who have won a gp maybe 2 gp's might not be top 8.
  4. I thought 16 points would be hard enough but now Scott for Josh makes it mission impossible. Still coming up for this to support the boys for a good season. Can't help but think that losing Nico and to a lesser extent Danyon has cost us the league but that's the sport
  5. Think 16 points is just going to be to much for us but I'm coming up for this. I can see the loss of Josh G helping Sheffield as he has only scored 6 in both visits this season. We need a minimum of 16 points from the first 4 races to have a chance I feel. Kurtz is usually poor, Bjerre blows hot and cold. A lot could depend on keeping Graversen quiet. The loss of Connor is huge I feel. He would have seen off Wood but I'm not sure Bacon will
  6. why? That just means you are watering down the product?? So in your view no Hancock, Holder, Pedersen, Zagar, Lindback, Vaculik And have Milik, MJJ,Thorsell, Smolinski. No thanks the best 15 are the best 15 even if they came 9th 10th and 11th this season
  7. im aggressive when people bring family into anything. It's ok for Starman to tell me to play in the traffic though yeah?
  8. no I'm good thanks very happily married with 2 beautiful children. When a pathetic paper boy moron has a pop at my personal life then I will give him all the abuse in the world. As pointed out throughout this and every thread the man is a fool. If his only argument is to have a go at my family then I will call him everything he deserves. i might argue I might get overheated at times. But let's have a straw poll and see who people think is the idiot out of the two of us! Now go back to your little bedsit with your ready meals the season is over. While you do that I'm spending quality time with my children.
  9. i wouldn't your a decent Poole fan along with people like rayc. Just unfortunate you have a few idiots
  10. Starman in being thick shocker Shovlar apparantly had a holiday booked, but strange in case Poole got there! Lisa Collette showing she is a sore loser Always good comedy when Poole implode!
  11. talking out of your arse as always The riders at Wolves will be closer together then a big wide open track. Therefore there are more chances of riders clashing and more chance of falls thus injuries Your doing well as none of the crashes you mention were due to the track just racing incidents. Your lack of knowledge is quite obvious Plus being a Poole fan you would know how bad your track is for independent crashes. Just ask Kyle Newman!! you need to realise nobody gives two craps for your hidden agenda moron
  12. yeah he has been shocking for my side Ipswich this season.... I mean I'm the play off semi final second leg away at Edinburgh we needed 2 points from heat 15.......Rory went and won the race...... shame we had to rely on him!
  13. Starman do yourself a favour you pathetic little weasel and keep your trap shut. Poole the team to beat at the start of the season. KK will average over 9. Holder and Kurtz the new turbo twins. Klindt will score bucketloads from reserve. Hans will be solid. Newman is loved and adored by the fans. Shanes is the best 2 pointer. We heard all of that and guess what!!!! KK hated riding for you as proved when he moved clubs. You replaced him with a worse rider in Kennett You sacked Newman, a disgraceful action. You replaced him with a worse rider in Starke Klindt did ok them you replaced him with another average rider in Lahti. Holder was a let down big time. Only Hans , Kurtz ( who had to much pressure on him) and Shanes can hold their heads high. Your management and promotion got it all wrong. Instead of admitting it your such a bad loser you mock Swindon.... your a freak of a little man No more speedway stars to seek now Poole season is over lol Love how Poole fans were happy scraping 4th lol
  14. Can we please somehow get this freak FredFlange banned??? All he does is come on and moan about the Wolves track irrelevant of what meeting it is! Now he is backed up by the Poole troll..... yes Poole .... one of the worst tracks in the league lol. If people think speedway is all about just going flat out then they are clueless. If your just a throttle jockey then you will struggle at Monmore you need to have an ability to use the throttle both ways. Some riders just can't adapt Oh and the track was difficult last night because of the rain same as it was at Swindon.....
  15. How many threads do Poole fans need about next season lol
  16. Poole fans proud of their side for getting to the play offs lol. Hot favourites for the league title and their fans are happy with scraping 4th!! But for Swindon gifting Poole points tonight it would have been a thrashing. Poor poor signings from Poole. If you had told a Poole fan at the start of the season that KK, Newman and Klindt would be replaced by Kennett, Lahti and Starke you would have been lambasted. Apart from a few good meetings at reserve from Lahti the 3 of them did nothing! Only Kurtz and Shanes can hold their heads high this season and Shanes must surely get rider of the season
  17. has it taken you this long to work out that the troll has no idea!
  18. so i posted this and you reply with this Please tell me how your response makes any sense at all!!!!
  19. Gater1, speedwayfanatic, poolepiratesfanatic, brandonbob and now another alias.....all a bit pathetic really
  20. Lindgren has been in the gp for something like 10 seasons, never been remotely in the hunt for a medal and has only won one gp before this season back in 2012. This season he could quite easily be on the rostrum. Vaculik may have won a gp but to me that doesnt automatically mean you have the right to be in next years series. Im certainly no fan of Holder but his record in the gps is outstanding and as a past world champion and dont forget he was 4th last year, i feel he has the right to be allowed this average season and get one wildcard, same with Iversen. For riders who have given so much to the series to be moved aside for riders who are no better doesnt sit well with me. Lets say Tai has a poorer year next year and doesnt win a gp and comes 10th.........doesnt he deserve a wildcard? Hancock , Holder and Iversen for me deserve a wildcard. If the top 8 stays the same then the last place will be between Vaculik, Lindback and possibly Lebedevs......nobody else deserves a go in my opinion
  21. Best to get facts before posting rubbish really
