  1. Again you fail to look at facts. The Rye team had Priest who scored 2 and now they have KK who will obviously get more than the 2 Priest got. Thats the only change, obviously KK is in the team and Robbo at reserve. Kennett scored 8 from 5 i would expect Doyle to score more. The match was 20 days ago.................KK for Priest and Doyle for Kennett.......simple equation................not enough in my mind to turn round 16 points and get big enough win. Rye would need to win by over 10 at home to have a chance at Swindon, thats a 26 point swing.........cant see it myself so no reason why Swindon should worry about Rye
  2. Cant see Milik getting a wildcard no matter what the circumstances.
  3. Would that be the Swindon side that on the 5th of this month, only 20 days ago , won at Rye by 16 points???? Ok Rye didnt have KK but Swindon didnt have Doyle Think yet again a little bit of research is need by yourself before making yourself look a fool as normal
  4. The only person claiming 'home track advantage' is the schoolboy troll. The fact is Peterborough has the biggest home track advantage in the league so he trolled for the response. As you said Campton was the highest scorer anyway.
  5. jealousy is such a horrible trait don't you think!!I see some Poole fans have come back now you have won a couple! Good to see KK doing well.....just needed a manager who could motivate him I guess
  6. i guess that's what can happen when a team makes the right changes at the right time
  7. It's blatantly obvious that KK had an issue with Poole. Maybe they treated him badly, he had a manager that struggled to motivate him. Some managers are better than others I guess
  8. no not really. Only banned someone who was the ringleader in refusing to ride one night.... moaning Aussie I think
  9. Im not an admirer of Hancock but i think you are talking absolute tosh. If you dont believe that he should have a world card as the current world champion whose season has been cut short then i dont get that at all. I want to see the best riders in the world, sometimes the gp challenge doesnt give us that, but then we can make sure we get the wildcards right. Milik is clearly not ready for a gp series and Lebedevs either. Laguta and Cook may well struggle but at least they qualified
  10. If he was riding at reserve then maybe. Put him at number 2 or 4 then he will do very well to get to 6 again depends where he is riding in the team. Is he as good as Jack Holder over here?? Doubtful and Jack only on 5.89 from number 2. Started slowly but come on hugely. If you are expecting Woryna to be a 1.5 better rider than Holder thats a big ask True, Holder better than Woryna in Poland and not all Poles travel well. World beaters in Poland..average over here. All depends if Woryna can start at reserve
  11. Selections 13 and 14 will / should be nowhere near the GP's
  12. Yep i agree that the racing at Ipswich isnt great at all really. My point is that if i was to go to away meetings, and the chances are im unable to, then i would certainly pick where i went. Best tracks in the league are Belle Vue, Somerset and Wolves so if did go to an away meeting i would pick those. Logistically Rye House and Kings Lynn are the nearest. Im lucky that currently the best away track in my league, Peterborough , is also the closest.
  13. Ive got nothing against Doyle, want him to be World Champ this season as he deserves it. But he was a bit over the top last night with his remarks. Wasnt so long ago that he was guilty of over riding in some gp's and causing crashes. Plus he needs to learn the art of team riding.................Ward and Holder were good at it and anyone watching Tai getting Holder home in the pairs will understand the skill involved there. Maybe Rosco just tells Doyle to go out and win his races ad the rest can take care of itself
  14. Why will he be sticking it up to me? Couldnt give a monkeys t0ss if he wins it, and lets be fair they should walk the pairs. He has shown no respect for your club and neither has your promoter..if your fine with that then so be it. Just shows how bad your team is really when you can have 2 of the leagues best riders..............win the fours without one of them .................but be so far off the pace in what really matters in the league. Very poor management to build a side the way you have..............with the biggest home track advantage in the league.
  15. Spot on To be fair when Crumpie was younger he was a bit of a fool and to a lesser extent Ryan Sullivan as well. But they all knew how to conduct themselves. Todd Wiltshire , Boycey (one punch apart) Lyons, Crump, Adams, Parker Now we has Ward, Holder, Batch, Doyle................all egotistical If Tai cant win the world title then i want Doyle to as he missed out last season so in my eyes deserves it................but he made himself look foolish last night, dragging himself down to the levels of Ward and Holder.....................and he cant team ride
  16. Wouldnt go to any of those tracks in our league.........have a family to worry about which is far more important to me then any speedway meeting. I used to do the Northern Tour years ago, Berwick, Edinburgh and Glasgow back in 1989 for a few years after. But i was mid teens then so much easier for me Been to Peterborough twice this season good track and good racing you see. As i said if we went back to the top flight why would i waste my money and fuel going to one of the poorer tracks in the league. Its not just Poole that isnt very good, after last night i doubt i would go much to Swindon either. Rye House is less than an hour for me but i dont really like the racing there much either. Kings Lynn is a 2 hour drive and we used to go there when Mark Loram rode there but much like Poole it has gone downhill in the last 10 years
  17. Midlands or Dorset for intelligence................hmmm
  18. Peterborough fans should make their voice heard towards Holder next time he can be bothered to show up. He has shown total disregard for your club. If an Ipswich rider did this i wouldnt want him to ride for my club again. I bet Panthers fans still give him a heros reception
  19. Thats nice well i guess by his updates that indicated not much if any passing and yours that indicated more you must have been watching 2 different meetings. Pirate Bazz also seems to think there wasnt much action either. Maybe if Ipswich get promoted i might come down to Poole but its a long way to go to see average racing , much rather trek to Belle Vue , Somerset and Wolves to be honest
  20. Obviously the guy doing the updates had a different opinion to you. As Pirate Baz says the only passing seemed to be coming out of the second bend down the backstraight, which appeared to happen twice. Other than that every race says from the gate unless a rider made a mistake Only 2 passes on updates, Lahti on Riss in heat 3 and King on Lahti in heat 15
  21. Its easy to manage a team when you are handed the best riders........lets be fair Middlo doesnt have to do much the riders were just better than other teams. He might be Mr nice guy but that doesnt make him a good manager. And yes as i said as well Middlo isnt a patch on Adams and Rosco is better to. His record is because he has had the best teams season after season. Lets see him manage another club. Could he have done at Swindon what Rosco has done?? Middlo is a good manager........................but the best ....................not by a long way
  22. I get what your saying but some riders deserve a wildcard like Holder and Hancock. I also think the likes of Lindback and Pawlicki are better riders than Milik , Kildemand, Madsen and Thorsell. Lebedevs could be a good shout but i feel riders like Hancock, Holder, Pedersen , Iversen, Lindback and Pawlicki would be chosen ahead of Lebedevs. You have to admit this season is a very strong line up and finishing 9th or 10th in that field is no disgrace.
  23. I know he has but some riders handle that sort of schedule better than others. Its why in my post i put i cant see 'many top riders' coming back to ride here if it was Monday night as a regular night
  24. Its not crap just very poor by Pooles standards. You would have been taken off to the funny farm if you had said at the start of the season that KK, Newman and Klindt would be replaced by Kennett, Lahti and Starke. Poole have been fortunate that Kings Lynn imploded or i reckon they would have got 4th. Poole could still hold on to 4th in my opinion but cant see them beating any of the top 3 over 2 legs.
