The expected result tonight this will come down to who gets enough points at Lynn. What a great track with great racing and good to see KK treated properly and enjoying his racing again. Starman where are you??? How did the geriatrics get on???? Kurtz and Holder need to learn the throttle goes both ways!!! -

These Rye House geriatrics are showing Kurtz and Holder how to use the throttle properly!! -

Nope 100% correct................so when the opposition are poor then it can hardly be classed as a battling win then. -
Ok so who is the best British rider ever??? 2 world titles must rank Tai as the best we have ever had apart from Craven. And why was it strange comments?? People moaned about the lack of passing Tai had 7 races and passed riders in 5 of those. Tai is British like myself..so yes it did make me proud that the only rider livening up the meeting was of my nationality........please tell me why that is strange???

Yes well done Poole............beating a side whose reserves got beat 17 points to 3......who had r/r which accrued another 3 points....and a number one who only scored........wait for it 3 points! Well done battling to beat a team of 3 riders.........you make it sound like you won against the odds been done before loads of times but still cheating........at least it didnt affect the result at all. Poole got the 3 points as expected -

Despite what Shovlar was banging on about it was always advantage Poole for 4th place. Poole were expected to beat Belle Vue so nothing has changed in the race for 4th Poole were favorites for 4th before the meeting and after the meeting -

showing yourself to be rather foolish there regarding Hans Andersen...a rider who this season has done his job........why are Poole fans so fickle and quick to turn on riders. -

Poole meeting Belle Vue at the right time with Fricke missing. Strong favourites now for the 4th spot Kurtz taking a leaf out of fellow Aussies and moaning about the track -

Lingering chances lol 4 points clear in 4th if you hadnt noticed. Both Poole and Rye have Kings Lynn home and away so both should win those so that cancels those fixtures out. Rye then have 3 home fixtures v Poole , Swindon and Leicester. They should beat Poole and Leicester so thats 6 points Poole will beat Belle Vue today then lose away to Somerset and Rye giving them 3 points How you can say its lingering is foolish , Poole are favorites for 4th and if they blow it today against Belle Vue they will have choked pure and simple -

oh bless you can't even see the obvious even when it's pointed out to you! Ok so you said I don't debate, well I asked you a question which you haven't answered. If Rye House are awful away and have a team of geriatrics then please tell me how they managed to thrash your sorry mob?? Come on debate it.....or will you tell me I have an Ipswich thread to go to!! -
depends on how it was ridden. Didn't you think it was great that the best British rider ever produced all the excitement? Tai had 7 races and made passes in 5 of them.... makes you proud to be British didn't it??? The only 2 races he didn't pass in was the one he made the gate and the semi where he used his head. Glad Janowski was on a snail as Tai has closed the gap. A 3 time British World Champ maybe? Never thought in my lifetime I could see that!

Yes!!! Back in the hunt for title number 3 proud to be British. Stick it where the sun don't shine Shovlar!!! Tai an also ran lol shows what you know!! Woofy Woofy Woofy!!!

no not at all i actually quite like seeing the crap you post and tying yourself up in knots, makes my day at work go quicker. How many other threads have you been told to leave recently?? Oh and remind me again if Rye House are crap away and are full of in your words 'geriatrics' then how on earth did the spank your teams sorry ass by 30 points at your own track? -

changed your mind very quick there as you thought they would easily beat Somerset -

Gavan replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Yes a massive mistake on my part.........in my head i thought the meeting was at Belle Vue............apologies for a stupid post from myself!! At Poole the loss of Fricke helps Belle Vue and yes Lahti could do well from reserve.....Poole by 10 -

Gavan replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
two words....Dan Bewley over confidence can bite you on the backside. Lahti moves to reserve and will run riot................is this the same Lahti that last time at Belle Vue beat Smith and Bewley once (when he lost ground after being ridden wide) and didnt beat another home rider!! Starke into the team who only scored 3 from reserve beating Smith (twice) and Bewley once in the same race where Bewley was ridden out. So if neither of those 2 can beat any of Belle Vues top 5 its not going to be easy and Kennett was poor there. This time Fricke is missing who the Poole riders couldnt get near to last time and you have Kurtz back which will help you. -

Its all about momentum and making the right changes at the right time. I think that the year Poole came 4th, Peterborough were also on a magnificent run after making changes like Poole did. Peterborough were bottom. Quite clear that whoever got 4th that season, Poole or Peterborough would be champs. The only team likely to go on that run is Rye House. Poole if they get they get 4th have no chance. Swindon have won so many on the trot even against teams that have made those changes already..will take a great effort for any side to beat them over 2 legs -
Didnt say he couldnt be a gp rider but i think his only chance this season was to qualify there is no way he will get a wildcard. Cook and Laguta if they hadnt have got through the challenge would have been unlikely to get one either. Hancock, Holder and Iversen will get one and then there will be talk of the last one being Lindback or Pawlicki if they miss out. I also think Vaculik will not get one if he drops out of the top 8

No i understand that maybe you dont. I only went back to prove my point that it wasnt me that brought up Swindon on this thread it was Shovlar. If im accused of something then i like to prove my innocence thanks I quite enjoy my life thanks, wife and kids, decent amount of income, travelling over the country to watch my youngest daughter becoming British Champion in her sport and my eldest doing her amateur dramatics. You see thats whats life is about. I guess i could have a 1 bed flat , live on my own with ready meals every night and then freeload my way in to a speedway meeting and sell a few magazines and think that i have an ounce of intelligence.............I wouldnt swap my life pal. Oh whats the 'moral' boost you going on about??? The word your looking for is 'morale' lol Of course they do they love a troll like the rest of us.....................im sure they read Starman just for the comedy It is funny what Shovlar comes out with. At the start of every season Poole are favourites and we were all told how wonderful KK would be and Klindt would smash it up......gone so wrong that now they see 4th as a success...........not sure what went wrong at Poole this season , morale must be low i guess..need a good manager like Rosco to fire them back up
