Doolan is still a better rider than James Shanes...........impossible i know but if Doolan was your number 7 not Shanes his average would be much higher. Heeps regularly gets 7-8 points at home....if r/r beats that then you have a point. As ive said please find me a non biased poster who thinks Somerset are favorites

Jack Holders last 3 meetings at Somerset: 5 points 11 points (only one win and a double pointer in that score) 4 points. Thats an average of 6.66 a meeting not exactly flys around there. Paul Starke rode for Somerset Kennett last season scored 14 (from 4 rides inc. 6 pointer) and 11+2 (5 rides) So hardly think they are weaker than Holder around Somerset. You think that Kerr and Doolan would score better than Heeps? Strange. Is Shanes a better rider than Doolan? Not around Somerset for sure! Shanes 1 point last time and Doolan 8+1 from Number One. You are one of only 2 people on here who think Poole are worse off than Somerset.........just waiting for the third member of the trio to turn up!

Cant see Mondays being a set night. Will the top boys do Poland, England, Sweden, Denmark in that order. Then will they want to do Thursdays over her just before gp weekends? Holder isnt in form and scored only 5 so r/r will make you stronger Heeps is in good form and r/r makes them weaker Doolan doesnt even come close to what Allen would have scored Shanes only got 1 last time so Wood cant do much worse. Add in an unfit Hougaard and quite clearly Somerset are weakened more than Poole. Having a guest each and r/r each doesnt automatically balance things up!

Why is it beyond you?? Somerset are far weaker than Poole with riders missing.............Holder and Shanes managed 6 between them last time. Rye are taking on Swindon......you know the team that havent lost in 17 matches yet you believe Rye are nailed on to beat them! Why do you always play down Pooles chances when everyone else can clearly see what you do?

I see in the speedway star that Doyle is unlikely to race over here next season Could possibly be that the only gp riders who race over here will be Lindgren and Cook

So on this meeting tonight where in your world Poole will be lucky to get anything: R/R for Heeps clearly weakens Somerset Doolan in for Allen clearly weakens Somerset (5 rides, 0 points last night at Redcar) You have R/R for Holder who only got 5 last time and isnt exactly in form right now. With a flying Lahti, r/r strengthens you if anything. And yes Woods isnt as good as Shanes.................but he only scored 1 last time so even if Woods gets 0 not a great loss. So obvious to the normal speedway fan that the changes tonight favor Poole more. Oh and Rye have to ride against a team who have won 17 on the trot and thumped them by 16 less than a month ago........! So as it has always been that 4th is in Pooles hands.................

The race for 4th will be over this evening. Poole going to a patched up Somerset so should be able to pick up at least the 2 points they need to get 4th If somehow they dont manage that then they will still be fine as Rye need to get something at home to a side that have won 17 on the trot and beat them by 16 points less than a month ago. The rain comes and the Rye meeting is cancelled and a possibility that the fixture might not be ridden and Rye miss the play offs!! Do you not consider that lucky?? Coupled with the Lynn riders walking out in the other match v Poole I think it's fair to say that Poole will have had some luck this season backing up my point about intelligence I see. 6 home losses is luck....... nothing to do with the crap team then???
