  1. Chris Holder was a spoilt brat when he first came over. Then he calmed down and turned into a great rider and one i admired both on and off the track Seems he has spent to much time around Ward and Batchelor and gone back to being a spoilt brat again. Poor attitude and no loss to the sport over here
  2. Back from holiday (went on the 22nd) and watched the meeting this morning. Plain to see it looked a great meeting. Also despite what a few keyboard warriors say Tai clearly was the best supported rider on the night. The press coverage before the meeting in the national press was all about Tai , can only be good for the sport. Also read on here that Tai is now an also ran lol...............had a good laugh at that. Doyle who quite clearly deserves a title and 2 young improving Poles are ahead of him. Emil and surprisingly Lindgren above him. Hardly an also ran!! Hancock , Holder , Iversen......they are also rans.
  3. only to have a look at how much i was being missed by Starman and to see how much rubbish had been written
  4. Absolute tosh! 12 riders were happy to race on and 2 didnt. 2 riders who are well known for whinging and moaning. Ok so the track wasnt great but during your reports during the meeting you were wondering why the Kings Lynn riders were not racing. Now you seem to agree that they were right not to race. Well done Buster Chapman for making a stand. We dont need the likes of Holder and Batch over here. Even better that he made sure no other clubs could get hold of them
  5. great grasp of the English language you have there. Sorry been on a nice family holiday , not sure you would know what that would be like. Anyway nice to know you miss me and good to see how well Poole have been doing since I've been away
  6. that you were all throwing world stars names about like confetti and then you get Kennett. Just shows that nobody on here knew! His away average was just over 3 this season so how will he start scoring on the road!! Who are your heat leaders then until Kurtz gets back? Hans , Jack, Worrall?? Very weak. Please come back to me when Kennett starts scoring 8-10 at home lol
  7. Nick Pedersen Vaclav Milik Linus Sundstrom Antonio Lindback Andreas Jonsson Jaroslaw Hampel Magic Janowski Just some of the names banded about on here....... and you get Edward Kennett lol
  8. nothing I ever write about Poole is aimed at you. Just the usual odd 3
  9. Wow the 2018 Poole thread is well under way!
  10. I did say no gp rider would ride for Poole but blimey Kennett lol!!! So the 3 riders Poole have changed this season are KK, Newman, Klindt Replaced by Kennett , Starke and Lahti. That shows how bad the team have been
  11. thats why I put the smiley on my post not Poole ......... just a couple of their fans.
  12. not in my paper!! All about him making history and looking forward to riding in front of the British fans who give him great support. One line that he didn't ride here.
  13. each to their own. Tai and Cook both a bit petulant at times but at the end of the day I'm British and I will always cheer for my country first in anything. Not a great fan of Hamilton but he is British. Don't like Rooney and a few other footballers but I would still cheer the England football team on. Could never stand Havvy but I wanted him to win that world final. Your right to cheer who you want but for me it's British time who ever they are
  14. Nicki Pedersen!!! Might as well stick with KK!! Coming back from bad neck injuries and will surely take time to get up to speed. That and the risk of doing his neck more harm then good over the bumps at Poole 😜
  15. when i posted this it was right after the match report that wasnt showing as i typed as i hadnt gone over the thread And yes for once the match report was fair and accurate
  16. No need to shout. You were the better team have i said anywhere that you werent? Need to read posts carefully. If you dont think the Howarth/Shanes injuries swung it your way then your deluded. Howarths rides yielded 2 points. Starke for Shanes got Poole 4 points. That swing helped you win the meeting surely even you can see that no? Poole can only beat what is in front of them and both at Wolves and Lynn Poole were professional and did their jobs. I stand by my opinion that Wolves would have won if the 1-7's that started the meeting finished it
  17. I will be stunned if its a GP rider.......not saying it wont be but it would be unlikely It cant be Holder.......who lets face it Poole were wrong to let go. Who is left??? Who would come in, hit the ground running scoring 9-12 points a meeting which is what is needed. You need someone with no other real commitments who will try over here......not many riders about. Matt Ford usually pulls a rabbit from somewhere even if this seasons changes, Lahti and Starke, were quite uninspiring
  18. Everyone beats Wolves reserves lol Is that why Poole at home to Wolves were outscored 5 points to 6 points? And Shanes in the last 3 meetings v Wolves has finished in front of Wolves riders 6 times............beat 3 fallers.........Thorsell off of 15m...........an engine failure..........and one genuine race v Greaves.........who has beaten him every other times. If you want to make sweeping statement..........Shanes would have beaten Greaves......everyone beats Wolves reserves.........use some facts next time as you look kind of daft Im unreal lol....nice off you to wake up you seem to have gone missing on the Poole threads.....no idea why So was Shanes 'smashed' off the bike??? I wasnt there , you wasnt there..........must be the worlds worst referee
  19. your unreal. Did Chris Holder say that to you personally bless you. Shanes was 'smashed' off the bike lol. The Wolves fans on here have said it was 50/50 and the referee went against you. Go pick your dummy up.
  20. What makes you think Shanes had the beating of Greaves? Greaves beat him twice at Poole and was in the process of overtaking him the other night when they fell. You wouldnt have beaten Wolves if Howarth and Shanes had completed the meeting. For once take off your blue tinted glasses and admit Poole were lucky in that respect. True Poole had to take advantage and they did. But the loss of Howarth and Shanes tipped the meeting into Pooles favour. So Shanes can hurt his wrist/hand and your ok with him pulling out Monday and riding Wednesday But you accuse Batchelor of making it up whne he pulls out Wednesday and rides Thursday?? Double standards yet again!
  21. Good to see in my paper loads of column inches given to Tai and his quest to be the first Brit to win 3 world titles. So good we have a Brit at this level that can promote our sport in such a way. Lets hope he can do the business Saturday and get right back in the mix
  22. Not getting it are you. The World Games was on Woffys home track in Wroclaw, whose promoters wanted him to ride in the meeting help to boost the attendance. As you have been told by higher sources, Rosco was hardly involved.........have you really understood why he asked to ride yet?
  23. Kings Lynns last 2 league meetings are home and away v Poole..........could be interesting!
  24. Why are Kings Lynn not likely to make the play offs? 6 points behind Poole with 3 matches in hand
  25. You seem very certain Poole will make the play offs. 6 points ahead of Lynn who have 3 matches in hand......isnt cut and dried
