Tell me about it! Your forgetting Ford and Middlo can do no wrong and not many Poole fans ever disagree with the team. If Holder had stayed and it would have been top heavy they would have said it was the right thing to do. Foreverblue apart, Poole fans just dont have opinions that go against the management.
-
If thats the 1-7 then that is one heck of a good team and possible title favourites. Holder and Lambert as good as KK and Hans Batch will be stronger than Jack Holder. Porsing and an improving Rose not quite as good as Kurtz and Newman Huckenbeck and Bailey as good as if not better than Klindt and Shanes. Top 4 to me looks like Wolves , Rye House , Kings Lynn and Poole with Coventry 5th

Championship Teams Comparison Time
Gavan replied to balderdash&piffle's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Im still struggling to see how Workington look good. But thats my opinion and as ive said nothing against Workington and their great fans but i think the team looks awful -
take a day off fool. I joined a forum for brownie points!!! You strange little man. I don't mind Poole it's just some of the prats that support them. You were favourites for the league ALL season! You blew it you choked and as has been pointed out injuries had naff all to do with it. Some of your so called fans have trolled so many threads saying how wonderful Poole are this season and they just have to turn up and ride. I'm merely stating that the Poole team whilst looking good is beatable. Wolves fans would like their thread back from the arrogance and stupidity of a number of Poole fans
-
Wolves top 3 (if Masters signs) is stronger than Pooles. Kurtz needs to kick in and Newman has done nothing in the top 5 when he gets out in there (though obviously it's a weaker league) lots of hoo ha about Klindt but he can blow hot and cold. Poole had the strongest team last year and blew it. Over confidence becomes arrogance and that becomes misplaced
-
and yet again another teams thread is taking over by the 3 wise monkeys from Poole. and they all like each others posts bless them.
-
spot on at least 1 Poole fan realises the truth lol and on comes the fool backing up his best friend bless
-
Well your reserves got 23 plus 3 between them. Your number 1 rider scored 8 from 6 Kurtz and Buck got 1 between them from 6 rides Tungate got 3 which was 2 more than Bjarne managed in the home leg, and Bjarne only got 7 from 4 from reserve in the league match so hardly likely to have set the world alight if he rode instead of Tungate. And funnily enough you lost 55-35 there earlier in the season with Hans in the team. Face facts you lost because 3 riders you had all season Holder, Kurtz and Buck were useless on the night.

he is on the same level as Kyle Newman so Poole can use either or basically

Championship Teams Comparison Time
Gavan replied to balderdash&piffle's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Majority of people will have that same top 3. I agree that Workington look shocking. When they come to Ipswich they will struggle to get 35 i reckon. Last year Roynon , Campton and Williamson managed 4 points between them and only beat their team mates and were miles behind. Jorgensen looked ok and Cook will score loads but is the weakest Workington team ive seen i think which is a shame as good bunch of fans -
Championship Teams Comparison Time

So you rate the British Champion as the third best number 1 in the league?? Anyway this year only 2 teams stand out which is us (Ipswich) and Sheffield with Glasgow and Newcastle just behind. Dont think the league looks competitive as those 4 look far ahead of the others. My table would be: 1. Ipswich 2. Sheffield 3. Newcastle 4. Glasgow 5. Redcar 6. Edinburgh 7. Peterborough 8. Workington 9. Berwick 10. Scunthorpe -
Correct.............except injuries didnt wreck Poole last season. A 'season ending injury' to Hans and then replaced by a much better rider totally backfired. Seem to remember Bjarne having a 'dubious' injury and replaced by Tungate. So nice try but Poole were beaten by a better team last season wow perhaps i should have looked at what you replied and just copied and pasted lol. great minds think alike!

i have an opinion same as everyone and that is that Somerset will do well at home even against the stronger side like Poole , Rye House and Wolves. What i dont like is the resident Poole trolls like Monster Daz going on every thread to mock every other team lovely phrasing. i have an opinion on Somersets team and applaud them for what they are doing. Unlike some who are happy just to bash them and yes does tend to be Poole fans who do this far more than any other club
-
totally agree.
-
yawn why go everywhere trolling? are you kks or gater1?
-
lets hope you do. the trolls from Poole jump on other teams threads at will to openly mock other sides whilst trying to big up there own. Klindt all of a sudden in their eyes is a world beater. Maybe you wont win at Poole but i think you will beat them at your place. Tungate can outscore KK at home Josh likewise with Hans Kurtz hasnt signed for Poole yet but on a par with Hougaard Starke v Holder can easily be won by Starke both home and away Wright and Newman nothing between them though again Newman hasnt signed yet Allen is a far more accomplished rider than the gating tart who all of a sudden will be an 8 point rider under Middlo. Klindt wont get close away. Graversen and Shanes similar At home Poole should win but away i hope you get thumped.
-
No riders improve unless they ride at Poole under Middlo
-
Nope we are not weak at reserve. Hume will average over 4 easily in this league against riders he beats regularly. Mountain more of a gamble but has the potential to do the same.
-
You dont have to apologise to anyone, you just ran into the forum clown as we know it. Would love like you to see Chris Holder ride in the Elite league.
-
Sheffield maybe, Glasgow possibly, Newcastle not in my opinion but Workington are not even close to our 1-7! King ,Schlein and Covatti look better than Cook , Jorgensen and Proctor Heeps and Newman over Roynon and Campton any day of the week. Hume and Williamson are similar Mountain and Shuttleworth similar The Workington 1-7 does not concern me like the other teams you mentioned
-
Nothing wrong with Clegg at all on that average and the Wolves team if they get Masters will be on of the strongest in the league. Nice to see the same Poole suspects infiltrate a thread simply to have a pop at another team! Every team looks poor to them and every signing. Nothing wrong with Clegg and those Poole fans mocking him are happy with Shanes who will do well to get 2 points!
