Belle Vue V Poole Elb 12/09/16 Sky Meeting
Gavan replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Playing victim lol. dont need to mate im more than happy with my opinions on the meeting. No matter how much i dislike someone on here i still believe putting personal details on here goes to far bu then i guess i have been brought up with some decency. The post has been removed either by Shovlar or admin and i would thank either who did it. Take a look back over the thread and read my posts, i never came on here ' to look for a fight'. I put up a review of the meeting, praising Poole riders as well as mentioning those that struggled. And i lose to Shovlar lol. Take a look over some posts. We are both right and wrong at times. He said Tungate would weaken Poole and that Hougaard would strengthen Belle Vue. He was wrong, i was right. I have no issue being wrong. I predicted Poole would win by 10 and i was wrong, simple really Shovlar aggressive right from the start calling me a pillock but thats ok. He called me a pillock because ' Hougaard is better than Fricke round Belle Vue' ............erm no he isnt as has been proved, but thats ok to abuse me because i had a different opinion My first post after the meeting. If anyone thinks its aggressive then im stunned and backing my opinion that i was right -
Mark Loram started on the grass and then went along to watch speedway at Canterbury. There he met a rider called Denzil Kent who took Mark under his wing and helped him along until he got to the age of 15 when his dad Paul knew Dave Pavitt at Hackney and Mark was able to get rides as a mascot there. In his early days Simon Wigg and Roland Danno used to run training sessions for the younger riders. Mark was a regular at these. So you have to have a certain level of ability but most riders are guided and trained by other riders

Think Newman has done his time at Poole and won't be in the draft next year. To much of a risk as a second string and Poole should make sure they get Ellis who has improved no end and left Newman miles behind. -

didnt put where I work on here at all. I private messages Sommelier and told him my details. Anyway that's not the point. The point is that you feel the need to put it out there again 3 weeks after it was mentioned. If you can't argue or debate without feeling the need to bring stuff up like that then it doesn't show you as a person in a very good light why do you or anyone else feel the need to look at my employers website? I couldn't care less who anyone is on here. I think it's poorvthat Shovlar feels the need to go back over it 3 weeks after it happened -

I did put my details out there to prove who I was as I was getting abuse about having 2 accounts. Didn't expect other people to be so disgraceful to publish then that's all. No matter how much I was provoked or how much I dislike individuals on here I would never disclose their personal details. It's taking it to far. Where was the need to publish where I used to work? Simply done just to be spiteful shows the sort of people on here I'm afraid if they think it's ok to do that -

i have reported this post as you have to stoop that low to give out private information and troll me. Very very sad. If you have an ounce of decency you will remove my personal details. -

spot on its all ifs and buts! Glad you agree with me and not Shovlar nice to see. He thinks it's clear cut and you agree with me its all ifs and buts. It's like a football team missing a penalty in the 10th minute then their opponents miss one in the 85th. The team who missed the last one weren't robbed they were lucky the other team missed earlier hence the right result. -

oh my word your now on Starmans level of thickness are you the same person? You talk about facts ok let's look at the facts. You couldn't have won the meeting if Zagar hadn't firstly hit the fence and secondly had an engine failure!!! How about that for a fact!!! The ef for Kurtz would have been irrelevent. Plus how do you know what would have happened if Brady kept going? He could have slid off anything!!! Plus if needed Worrall and Cook wouldn't have took it easy in heat 15 and tested equipment!!! You live in a very strange little Shovlar bubble. Failing to see anything else in the meeting bar Kurtz ef. -

Gavan replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
you talk much crap its unreal!! Of course what happened earlier affected the result!!! What planet you on!!! Zagar lost a point hitting the fence and then an engine failure when Belle Vue looked likely to get a 5-1 made it that you still had a chance come heat 14. To look at one incident and no others shows you up totally as a blinkered fan. -

ok but you wouldn't have been in with a chance of winning the meeting if Zagar hadn't lost a place by hitting the fence or his own engine failure when Belle Vue could have got a 5-1. So no Bradys ef did not cost Poole the meeting -

but you don't troll lol. Making a statement that is totally false like 'the engine failure in heat 14 was the difference between Poole and Belle Vue' is simply there to gain a reaction. That's what trolls do as they get a kick out of peoples responses. Surely even you aren't thick enough to think that's what stopped you coming top!! good post. Only Poole get injuries or have riders missing lol i can get on a bike and give 100% commitment!! Irrelevent he needs to up his game -
Im not biased i just stick up for what i believe in with my opinions. Were Poole robbed the year Coventry won it? Yes Were Birmingham robbed the year Poole win it? Yes If Belle Vue dont win it will hey be robbed? If Poole change riders and Hans doesnt come back then yes. Just out of interest if you have blocked me how have you read my post and responded as nobody else has quoted it??

The best team in the league will finish top. Then the best team that has been able to bring in riders to replace those out of form (Joonas) or those that are injured (Hans) means that the teams who creep in have strengthened up and can be the form horses going into the play offs. The team (Belle Vue) who have been the best team are then penalised for being successful. Coventry came from bottom , changed a load of riders, crept in and won the league. Everyone knew if they got 4th they would be favourites. Poole were the best team that season and were robbed. Same as the season when Poole had all the momentum and changed half a team and crept in and won it. Whoever finishes top is the best team in my eyes. Not one who can change thing to win a cup competition. That said i do enjoy watching the play offs.

Not got a problem with Pearson and Tatum could b 2 boring monotone people instead but your never going to please all of the people. Its just the odd over reaction they need to tone down like when Newman went between 2 Belle Vue riders , it was obvious he wasnt or couldnt make it stick so why the over reaction -

Swindon won there as Tungate got 17 from reserve and Fricke was missing plus it was Belle Vues first home meeting. Wolves lost by 2 there but had no Woffinden but Klindt. As i said for me its a no brainer to choose Swindon, Belle Vue having been 6 up there with 3 heats to go before it was called off -
Congratulations Belle Vue - League Champions
Gavan replied to TheReturn's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
The play offs are here to stay as long as sky are involved. Do i like them? Yes for the fact i can see more matches on my tv. However there is no denying there should be something for the table toppers. Been close in the elite league this year but in the Premier Somerset have walked it. Couple of injuries in the play offs and they may lose , no justice in that at all. -

Exactly you must pick the team you think you can beat in the semi finals. Surely they would pick Swindon its a no brainer isnt it? Then if they get Wolves in the final i would imagine a monster crowd to see the 2 time World Champion. Fans drop away everywhere if the team struggles thats inevitable n yes it happened to Poole in 2009. mate i havent been aggressive at all on this thread. Poole track isnt gate and go, sometimes the riders make mistakes on the ruts and others come past , though it has got better. Holder must envy and wish Belle Vue was his home track, looks nigh on unbeatable round there -

You cant say Tungate was exceptional You cant say Zagar had a nightmare You cant say Holder was exceptional And how dare you criticise the Poole track!! Very abusive post your simply a troll mate -

I think the loss of Lambert is huge. Lindgren and Worrall will prove tough opponents though Morris should go well but our reserves are flying. I can see us winning by at least 10 -

Please again tell me what insults ive used apart from idiot for Starman (and please check this thread as others have used worse) and troll for Shovlar. Last nights meeting was a big meeting and as a speedway fan of course i will comment. I didnt insult anyone (merely pointing out that Shovlars points at the start of the thread were wrong) i simply put my view of the match up and as yet nobody has discussed with me any of those. I dont post to get a reaction i reply to others on here that do do that. I am the poster that reacts to others and yes sometimes stupidly. It doesnt matter what i post about Poole it will be pulled apart. I have said all season how brilliant Adam Ellis has been. I praised Holder hugely for last night, that gets glossed over. Not one Belle Vue fan has whinged that i said Zagar and Hougaard were poor, yet if i mention the Poole riders that had bad nights the same few jump all over me. In my opinion Ellis away from home at times, and Newman and Bucks poor from could cost Poole the league. Apparantly im not allowed to say that. I think Poole will still win the league as they have the habit of keeping scores close away from home. As ive said feel free to have a debate, i wont insult you, you dont troll and write guff like a certain person -

Gavan replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Nothing to do with people not agreeing with me. People can voice an opinion i have no issue with that. However go back over my posts and the responses. I stated how i saw the meeting. NOT ONE person has replied with anything resembling a discussion point, something people can debate. I have took the same old abuse from the same people that its all against Poole. I stated how i think the riders performed last night nothing more. Never attacked Poole at all. Zagar, Hougaard, Buck, Newman and Ellis were poor last night and Nicholls not much better. I dont get how that can be classed as anti Poole or trolling and ive offered people to have a discussion if their view are different and nobody has, i guess its just easier to abuse me rather than try to have a chat. As said many times there are 2 Poole fans i have issues with and of course its great fun for him to have a pop at me and then cant take it all when i give it back to him. Cool, find my insults then please. Apart from calling Shovlar a troll i havent insulted anyone. I have no issue with you at all. Steve Shovlar doesnt give honest opinions he just posts to try and wind people up. Check the thread, see how many people agree with me. Nobody expected Hougaard to do better than Fricke............he posted it made Belle Vue stronger, merely a post to get a response, as even i will give him some credit that he cant be that foolish. -

ah bless you. Please tell me where in that report i have lied then please?? And you dont think Shovlar is a troll lol laughable read the thread see what others say. Was Zagar poor? Yes Did he gift Poole points by hitting the fence and an engine failure? Yes Were Ellis and Newman poor? Yes Did Hougaard weaken Belle Vue ? Yes Did Shovlar say Hougaard would strengthen Belle Vue? Yes Was Shovlar wrong? Yes Did Tungate strengthen Poole? Yes Did Shovlar say he wouldnt? Yes Was Shovlar wrong? Yes Was Holder absolutely sensational? Yes Did Poole only lose by 3 despite having 3 riders (Buck, Ellis & Newman) being poor? Yes Will Fricke outscore Hougaard if these 2 teams meet in the final? Probably Will Zagar score more than 4? Probably Will Newman, Ellis and Buck get more than 5 between them? Probably So if you think i wrote , in your words 'predictable crap' then please tell me which parts of what i wrote were wrong??? Again please tell me if anything i wrote was incorrect. Feel free to have a discussion about the meeting and have an opinion on it. -

dont feel like I've said anything out of turn. The form of Ellis and Newman is a concern. Kurtz engine failure did not cost Poole the meeting. Shovlar said Hougaard was a good guest for Fricke....he was wrong. He said Tungate was a poor guest for Hans...... He wasn't. I said Holder was awesome and he was. No poisen from me. 2 of Belle Vues heat leaders got 10 between them and their number one got only 4 of those. If Buck , Ellis or Newman had have done a little bit better Poole would have won. Poole still kept it to 3 points which is why over 2 legs they would be favourites to beat anyone. -

Gavan replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Well that was there for the taking for Poole but for what ever reason they failed to take it. Zagar very poor and gifted Poole 3 points once when hitting the fence and another with the engine failure. But apparently according to the troll Kurtz engine failure cost them the meeting! What a strange little bubble that man lives in!!. Good job Ellis wasn't needed in the World Cup half a lap behind in a league meeting but apparently he is a racer and loves these big tracks! Newman was awful. It's ok being good on a poor track at Poole but his away scored could cost Poole. Tried to go between 2 riders them shut off very strange. Hougaard was awful and no replacement for Fricke at all as we all said......oops no the troll said it would make them stronger lol his speedway knowledge is so bad it's quite scary. Tungate massively strengthened the Pirates in place of Hans as again everyone said he would......oops except the troll again dear dear. Holder totally superb absolute masterclass. So the favourites only lost by 3 so at Poole you would expect them comfortably to win hence why they should win the league. Came Ellis and Newman be so poor again? Fricke will make Belle Vue stronger and surely Zagar must do better. Should be tight but Poole still should win
