Got to love a thread where the person who starts it ends up abusing anyone that differs to his opinion. Sidney is one crazy jumped up little man! Back to the thread i think all sensible people have the same opinion that Ward can win a world title but doubt he will. Firstly he is among the top 5 in the world but isnt as good as Tai at the moment. Poeple seem to think that raw talent and being able to make a pass means you are a better rider than someone who makes the gate and rarely gets passed. Tai Woffinden is simply a better rider than Darcy Ward. Its in Darcys hands if he applys himself he can do it but we all know he seems to struggle getting out of the semi finals and that costs him dear. Its rubbish about the theory he cant gate as he can and over a 12 round series he would be ok. The other factor is he would firstly struggle to beat Tai over 12 rounds and with good riders coming through like Magic , and the possibility of Emil coming back makes it harder.

where have I said its a witch hunt? Where have I blamed Edinburgh? I'm simply saying that wether anyone agrees or disagrees with the ban for Tungate , it is quite clear that Sam Masters did far worse. Am I corect in that or are you happy to see your riders punch a stricken rider while he lies on the ground possibly injured? I suggest before you type try reading what people have wrote. i think if you read the posts properly instead of adding your views without facts i think you will actually see we have accepted it. the issue now, as alluded to by Chris Louis, is the fines and bans that will be coming Scunthorpes way for their petulant behaviour and the fact that Lunna and his mechanic attacked a rider. im still in shock how Tungate gets a ban and Masters gets away scot free for ABH. Again im sure Louis has something in place reagrding that to your getting a bit of a sad individual with your tiresome crusade against the witches. Tungate has been punished and we are happy to accept that and move on wether we agree or not. If you think Tungate got of lightly then Masters needs to be banned for the rest of the season

scunthorpe won't get away with their petulant childish antics and Chris Louis when interviewed tonight said there was a lot more to come but couldn't yet say what. I'm still waiting to see what sort of action Sam Masters faces for doing something far worse.

Masters had plenty of intent to injure a fellow rider it's quite simple to understand

above are the 2 statements I wrote immediately after hearing / reading about what Tungate has done. if you think that makes me biased towards my team you are deluded so please keep quiet the Scotsman. I have since watched the video many times and also spoke to people that were there. If you think Tungate deliberately knocked him off then you need to go specsavers. Yes he sped up towards him and flicked his wheel to shower him in dirt. He accidently caught Auty who fell off. Dear oh dear Yes he did flick his back wheel to shower him in dirt at the point Auty moved left. Auty fell off but to knock him off was not intentional what a pathetic crowd of so called speedway fans who call this incident a rider 'wiping another out' he held his hand up you fool. you are writing such absolute drivel you are making it sound that Tungate deliberatly went steaming into Auty when its quite obvious what happened. Tungate was angered by the sheer stupidity of Auty yet again in the first running of the race. Tungate makes no attempt to slow down after the race. His intention quite clearly is to flick his back wheel at Auty to show his disgust. What happens is that as he goes to do it Auty moves slightly left This means that when Rohan flicks his wheel they collide sending Auty over. Tungate immediatly holds his hand up to acknowlegdge the knocking off bit was accidental. What Tungate done wrong is to not say this was the case when interviewed. For those idiots among you calling for bans and lynching someone i think you live in a very sheltered world and not really have a grasp of whats going on. Ive seen many cases of a rider flicking a back wheel to shower someone in dirt (Andy Smith to Ermolenko in 1993 world final springs to mind) The fact Tungate got it slightly wrong means he copped a fine and quite rightly so. lol wiping him out what are you watching!! he flicked is wheel which caused Auty to fall hardly wiping someone out!! Auty wont need to buy his time. he is a liability on the track knocks people off for fun and cries like a jessie when the boot is on the other foot. He will knock Tungate off at some point because he knocks most people off at some point

Middlo sorry Muddlo with quite clearly the most shocking rider choice on heat 15. Well done wolves now lets see how many Poole fans try to excuse Holder and Middlo. Can't keep using Holders injuries as an excuse when he has been the fastest rider at the last 2 Grand Prix, Poole were lucky to get anything because if Wolves had their best reserves out it would have been a bigger thumping,. So pirates anybody care to answer why Holder was in heat 15 and not Watt?

there is. obviously if you turn left down a straight to block then yes you are out. but Harris just rode his line, yes he turned to go into the corner but nothing like a sharp left. Doyle just went in to quick and caught him. I think its pretty obvious that Doyle accepted the decision but you were there Phil did he?

Sorry i cant quite believe what im reading here people seriously think Harris should be excluded???? ive watched speedway for 34 years and never would i have said that Harris was in anyway to blame. Harris was in front he can do what he likes, shut the door , or what he actually did which was hold his line Doyle came in with to much speed and took his wheel away. It was one of the most obvious exclusions ive seen When he is excluded Doyle makes no issue out of it. He knew he was in the wrong. Look at the race Doyle looks back as soon as he hit Harris This forum is about opinions but i cant believe anyone thinks Doyle should have stayed in!

thats true but.... now he is a better rider and boy he has mastered how to jump the start so if he gets away with a couple he will be fine

You have to laugh at some of the comments on here even people who have watched the video seem to have no idea. From the video it's blatantly obvious. Tungate decided after the race to give Auty a spray of shale maybe a small nudge. It wasn't an accident and I also doubt he meant to knock him off just sort of warn him after the dangerous move he pulled on Tungate in the first running. A fine is acceptable but the plums saying he should have been thrown out is laughable. Auty is a liability on a bike and dangerous and Tungate isn't the first rider to voice his opinion lol you really believe the rubbish you post. Cookie went after Barker shouting and swearing asking for a punch up. Even after the dust had settled he was still smashing the place up so was thrown out due to his aggressive conduct and the safety of other riders. If you believe that what Tungate did was violent and aggressive then your not that intelligent

As an ipswich fan what Tungate has done disgusts me. Rides deliberatly into a rider and breaks his arm. Don't want riders like that associated with my club

How about contributing to the debate or is that beyond you.? i happen to think Sidney is a very angry man and we dont get along on here but i make him right in this instance. Would be nice if you could contribute to a debate once in a while

Darcy Ward scored the most points Zengota obtained the better average its not that hard to understand.

Poole are certainly rhe best team of the last 10 years but thats all really. Not exactly a club like Swindon Coventry Belle Vue, clubs with history and tradition. I feel so sorry for you Swindon fans, even making a great signing like Ward has its drawbacks because now Starman will be on your threads lol

I agree totally with what you said. But still there are those so blinkered they see his off track antics as ' mistakes' Darcy rode well on his first match back but didnt actually ride to his average and turning a potential match winning 5-1 into a 0-5 cost the Robins dear. He does at times have issues staying on the bike. As i said its a good signing for Swindon but i doubt it will make them play off contenders

As stated before Swindon had to do something as they were going to run with a 6 pointer and bringing Darcy in was the right move However the scores of Ward and Krcmar were similar to guest and Howarth had been getting. Swindons side is no better for the change, the results wont differ and they will end up 5th
