i still say 2 years is to excessive 1 year is fine backdated to august i still find it incredible the pillocks that are on twitter going on and on about it that there is some sort of injustice. but thats what happens when wallys like Middlo involved. anyone seen starman lately seems to have disappeared, is it because true poole fans on here agree he should be banned and he is being made to look a tad foolish about his 'bums on seats ' comments

Your missing the point. Anything in the legal world takes to long we all know that. This case has took no longer than any other similar case. I agree its to long but that is always the case. The fim rules state up to 45 days. So what is daft is all the idiots saying its taking to long should be resolved sooner. I agree 45 days is to long but they are within their rights so why people keep banging on about length of time its taken is beyond me.

But we are not talking about opinions as such are we. You believe Darcy and Middlo had been told 7 days or why would they say this. Yet quite clearly the rest of the speedway world knows it is anything up to 45 days. That leads to either they are mis advised, thick, or basically playing the sympathy vote. There is no way they are mis advised lawyers dont do that. They arent exactly brains of Britain But it sems like they are going for the sympathy vote. The lemmings on twitter would rather believe Middlo or Ward than the normal way a process works. You can see from the responses like 'fim are a joke' and 'its dragging on' and 'how can they do this' that these people who write this are uneducated in the way this works and are basically just lovers of Ward who know no different. Some people on here really play the dumb card. I have only seen one poster who has said Darcy should get 2 years. Most people are saying a year but the 'Darcy love in crew' on here for some reason keep going on about everybody hanging him out to dry and saying he was drunk. If yet to see a post mentioning him being drunk unless its tongue in cheek. All people want is a fair ban to fit what he did but the usual band of sycophants on here like to make up stuff. Same as Darcy and Middlo on twitter. They are either not very clever(which to be fair is believable) mis advised on procedures , or shock horror do you think they might do it for some sympathy!

I thinkits funny that on twitter now both Muddlo and Ward have stopped moaning about the length of time its taking. is that because: they have been told to stay off social media or they have finally stopped being idiots and realised what everyone else has told them about the 45 days

Any rider caught should be banned its simple. I agree with starman all should be tested. it is irrelevent though that it still takes nothing away from Darcy drinking and being caught and he should be punished accordingly.

I'm sure I saw Sidney and Starman in a recent film starring Jeff Daniels and Jim Carrey! Anyway it's a tad tedious explaining myself to the chuckle brothers but this forum is about opinions and not shouting down the rest when quite clearly the things you post are there to be mocked. My recent post had 5 likes as well all from my so called 'gang' as Sidney calls it lol. Now are we back on the fact there is shock horror answer in the last 7 days. Those wicked evil people at the FIM who take 45 days to answer yet for young Ward it should of been 7. Do they not know how talented he is? We all make mistakes! Do they not know Darcy will learn from this? I mean come on he was only just over it shouldn't make a difference. It's not table tennis you know! what a load of rubbish. go read his posts on this subject where all he does is defend his club and has no intellect to have a debate. He is the child in the playground who sticks his fingers in his ears when people talk. read his posts on the Poole forum (where a lot of Poole fans are fed up with him) read his posts on the somerset forum re jack holder (where the somerset fans have told him to p**s off back to poole) There is no gang culture. His posts are mocked time and time again by a vast number of different people including those of the club he supports. That is either the sign of a troll who is here purely and simply to antagonise and wind people up or he is thick. we all have opinions some are agreed with and some are not. Im not here to get likes but the fact is my posts from time to time get likes on, including from Poole fans. your posts get zero (unless its skidder or pugwash) because your posts are usually so far off beam of anyone elses thoughts.
