Unfortunately its the attitude of a lot of young riders who simply believe they are better than they are and simply have no idea how to adapt to track conditions They couldnt handle it at Poole early on and they certainly couldnt adapt to Foxhall and Holders actions were disgraceful...................still im suprised the amazing old man Muddlo couldnt motivate them They both seem to believe thay are the next Chris Holder or Darcy Ward.......at the moment they arent even the next Troy Batchelor................and Max Fricke has left them miles behind

I think Poole fans will wonder what is going on at their club if Klindt and Josh arent retained. Winning is hugely important but so is maintaining fan interaction with riders...........its a certainty Danny King will be at Ipswich but Heeps and Allen need to be the first 2 names as well, they have been our catalyst for our season and they must be retained

He is better than Scott you're missing my point Scott Nicholls isnt a 1 or a 5 in the top league but could maybe get away with being a number 3 at the right home track like Foxhall Chris Holder is not a number 1 in my eyes...but could do a good job as a number 5................who could be number 1 i dont know. I dont believe Chris Holder would average more than Kurtz You wouldnt want Harris at Poole? Did you see the way he rode in the semi finals......

And if you could possibly tell Swindon then they might offer to give you the trophy back that they recently won......... Only 1 trophy left this season which can be won by Ipswich, Swindon or Wolves...................

I would say thats the same for most clubs over the course of the season................Poole usually get it right This season though the finger needs to be pointed at those who made the decisions this season. Worrall gets injured........Poole should have found someone to come in and then keep Covatti at reserve Poole after winning matches and topping the league then decide to bring an over rated past his best rider in THJ ............who apart from the odd good ride was pretty useless...and forced Covatti in the 1-5 thus depriving Poole of a decent reserve who could step up if any of the top 5 were not performing. Poole started the season with potential for 2 big scoring reserves.......and ended it with THJ and Wells who has been poor all season.................those decisions stop solely with the management........... Its alright Poole fans blaming Kurtz and Holder but this season the loss of Worrall was not dealt with an ultimately left Poole ending up with the worst reserve pair in the league almost

Poole should start with Josh, Klindt and Covatti, but try and keep Nico at reserve I think Harris will be back as he loves the moto x track there and certainly cant ride ours Im bemused with the fascination of Chris Holder but thats up to Poole fans.past his best and if signed as a number two could do a good job. Its like us wanting Scott back and thinking he should be a top heat leader.....sign them for what they are...........Holder wouldnt average anymore than his brother or Kurtz

All those times over the last couple of season ive been saying Brady isnt improving and goes missing when the pressure is on........only to be told by you and other Poole fans that im talking rubbish.......ooops seems i was right all along

Shocking management and promotion issues at Poole this year. Covatti is a trump card at reserve and with R/R for Worrall, Poole went on a run of form and moved to the top of the league No shock to me that when they signed THJ they lost the effect of R/R and Covatti could only have 4 rides from a harder riding position..........sure fire way to mess up

How crap would the play off final have been if Poole had made it............a team of 3 riders and 4 individuals.......would have been steamrollered by Wolves or Swindon...............Wolves easily beat Poole home and away by 49-41 and 55-35...........Ipswich beat Wolves at Foxhall and drew away A final of Wolves v Ipswich if that happens will obviously be a better spectacle then Wolves thumping Poole

Who would take Kurtz knowing full well he wouldnt be giving everything plus when the chips are down he disappears. Pooles biggest mistake this season was the Worrall injury I said Poole were doing just fine with R/R at 2 and Covatti at reserve...............if Poole wanted a change it should have been immediate or not at all. Bringing in THJ at 6 and moving Covatti to 2 was an awful awful move..........as they hadnt made a change they should have run with R/R and Covatti at 6. Covatti limited to 4 rides..............instead of 7 ............and 2 reserves who wouldnt have extra rides because they werent good enough.....Nico at reserve at Foxhall last night could have made a difference Nice to see a Poole 2020 thread........us at Ipswich will wait a while yet!!

Oh the fun of it Just watched this meeting back this morning after avoiding the result when out last night What a fantastic achievement for the league outsiders to beat the title favourites So on Thursday we had all the Poole fans hammering on about what an amazing team manager he was to motivate his team to win the meeting.................where was Middlo last night???.....he had Kurtz woeful , the reserves woeful and Holder basically sticking 2 fingers up at him........a good team manager would have motivated those boys, made Holder ride .....and pulled the meeting out the bag Hawkins has been poor in some decisions this season but to see his team throw away a lead to then be able to motivate them into doing that last night....well perhaps he can show Muddlo how to do it. Poole have twice won at Foxhall this season , once with a weakened team............how can a team manager see his team go missing in a final......i think Middlo thought job was done Klindt , Josh and Covatti aside that was a shocking inept attitude from the Poole riders......look at Sarjeant riding his socks off last night , Wells and Kurtz should be ashamed. I have many times said Kurtz goes missing when the pressure is on...........seems i was right again Oh and who said Heeps has been awful since moving out of reserve.......7+3 from 4 rides.........lol great performance again. How did Poole mess this season up? Questions need to be asked A team hot favourites at the start and all the way up until the end of July.......finish top of the league and blow it............first team in history to finish top and not make the final......... I see Shovlar is saying Poole are the better team..........crap..........you simply were beaten over 2 legs by a BETTER side......blaming anything and everything.......why dont you go off to Rome again....... Kurtz and Holder need to get away from Poole, neither like the track and their careers have gone backwards.............. For all her faults on here at times Lisa Colette doesnt go much because she has a life that isnt just speedway..................nothing wrong in that Maybe if your life involved more than just Poole speedway you would understand

I get mocked for not going to many meetings and i dont mind that....only been to 4 this year In the 90's i was there every week even getting in as a child until i was 17 lol I am divorced and have my children every wednesday and thursday and then every other weekend. As i said i would have been there Thursday and if by a miracle we make the final i will be there Starman is just a fool and yes far more important things in my life then speedway

I dont hide the fact that i dont go much unlike some people I have my children every Wednesday and Thursdays and then every other weekend I would have been able to go Thursday but im out at a mates housewarming....well flat warming ....so no i wont be there Saturday.........4 meetings only this season for me.......but then again speedway isnt exactly high on my priorities

Think you need to have a look at Heeps scores since he moved out of the reserve berth because you make yourself look daft At home 5+2 (4) 11 (4) 9 (4) 4+1 (4) when riding injured 5+2 (4) 9 +2 (4) His away scores at Poole, Wolves and Swindon were poor but at home he is a match winner. Kurtz has previous for going missing but does like our track Please say where i will come back and say i got it right...........i think Poole will win at our place and comfortably win on aggregate.........so if Ipswich do somehow get through i will be wrong in my opinion....... Again tell me where my argument is positive and negative.............

Yes we did simple as.to be that much ahead and blow it means we did choke...........and if Poole now dont go through they will have as well....its not difficult

Well after recording it and watching it today many points come to light The result was expected , a 10 point defeat, but obviously the manner of the defeat was the problem To be nicely in front and then lose by 10 should never happen but it can do Poole fans should be worried that if they are that poor early doors against better sides there is now way they will get close and possibly the final will be very one sided Can Ipswich get 10 points back.........no........or Poole will have had the biggest of chokes......dont forget Poole have won twice at Foxhall so they should actually win the meeting rather than keep it tight. We need to hit them hard early but the problem is Poole have riders like Kurtz , Klindt and Holder who ride Foxhall better than they do Poole...add in Covatti and then its clear why Poole are hot favourites THJ is poor at our place but Wells isnt so that evens out People having a pop at Iversen forget he cant stand Poole and neither can Heeps At the end of the day we have had a good season just a shame we couldnt beat the title favourites when we had a chance Poole will win the second leg as well

And im in agreement with you..............meeting importance doesnt come into it ...rules are rules So the clubs just decide who can ride then rather then the rulebook...........Kings Lynn agree to use Tai in the final and agree Poole can have Zmarzlik.......... Where have i said i want him to ride for Eastbourne??? Try reading the line where ive said that i want him to ride for us as he did all season....and a valid point made by hammer1969 that he has also ridden for Eastbourne to. R/R wouldnt make us stronger much of a muchness............would rather have our full 1-7 Im a firm believer in the rules of speedway and i know as a Poole fan you probably dont understand that line of thinking If Lawson does or doesnt ride , if Poole dont get through it will be the biggest choke in play off history.........unlikely there has been a hotter favourite in the semis since the play offs began.....i just hope we can keep the score respectable

Wrote this a fortnight ago Still stand by the first 14 are obvious , just depends on who finishes where with regards to GP challenge riders making top 8 The current top 11 will be in it next year Dudek could drop out the top 8...at the expense of Doyle.....but whoever finishes 9th out of those 2 will be in...and i reckon Laguta in 10th will get one Iversen in 11th already in and Fricke makes 12............add in Tai and Greg and we just need one more
