  1. Try reading what I write again it’s obviously an issue to you Brady has had an issue of going missing later on in meetings..... I even said he may have turned the corner in that respect I look at the Poole team and it’s called an opinion of where the weaknesses may be. In my opinion Worrall is the weak link at the moment..... Jack has been average but upped his game the last couple of meetings and Richie needs to do the same. The good news is that he rides against us next and we are poor away and he goes well at Foxhall so I can see him scoring well in those matches. At Ipswich we have riders doing poorly in Harris and Bellego though Bellego was flying against Lynn so maybe he is turning the corner with his form.... Are you a tad to precious to accept any form of criticism or opinion against your team....... sorry must say that all the Poole team are amazing......
  2. I know there isnt much options but so far the reserves have got 3,2,3,2,6,4 (and 5 from Berge) They need at home to be getting 8 or 9
  3. Cant knock that comeback but Belle Vue threw it away. I dont think this Poole 1-7 can win the league and strangely enough the team seem better away from home............wins at two good tracks at Swindon and Belle Vue.......but being thumped at home by Swindon and losing to Kings Lynn shows the limitations. And if the team does to well to soon then it will be harder to make changes and Worrall has to be a worry
  4. Mechanical gremlins are part of the sport.....Bellego had the misfortune in one heat to have the same and he was flying and could have beaten Palm Toft and stopped Lynn getting a point. Swindon need a reserve change that much is clear. Doyle likely to be back in the next couple of weeks.... Ellis as a second string at home will be scoring well and Lampart chipping in with 6 will work most weeks.......Its harsh but if Swindon make a reserve change they will win the league in my view
  5. Theres always if and buts Was said that if Proctor and Lambert had ridden to their average then Lynn would have beaten Ipswich......well if Harris and KP had ridden to theirs then Ipswich would have won by a lot more Heat 3 Tobi goes into the tapes and a likely 5-1 becomes a 3-3 Heat 4 Tungate packs up and a likely 4-2 to the Panthers becomes a 3-3 Heat 5 Swindon on a 5-1 and race awarded to early....if it was re-run would Hans have beaten either of the Robins unlikely as he led the first race and only got into second briefly as Tobi was carrying to much speed...my opinion result would have been the same. Heat 13 Hans into the tapes and in my opinion wouldnt have scored in that race so scores the same Heat 14 Ellis into the tapes and lets say that at worst he would have split the Panthers so a 5-1 to the Panthers would have been a 4-2 Would have made the final score 48-42....and the points the same It is all about opinion but in the end the points thrown away by both sides balanced out. What let Swindon down was Batch and Tobi only getting 13 between them.... they normally value for around 20. Well done to Peterborough though taking advantage of a coupe of riders having off nights If Doyles replacement can be a good as Brady was then i cant see anyone beating this Swindon side at home once they fully dialled in....they do need one good reserve change and they will be the hot favourites for the league
  6. If Harris and KP rode to their averages Ipswich would have won by more Its all ifs buts and maybes
  7. Maybe he is turning the corner then but he had a history of starting meetings well and tailing off. Thought the meeting was ok for tv but there have been better and there has been much worse Dont understand why Ellis wasnt in heat 15 had looked quicker than Tobi all night......though he must learn at the start line maybe hey thought he might jump again or touch the tapes
  8. I think he struggles to turn the bike at the moment Heat 6 yesterday he was off of gate one....he made the jump and then just left a huge hole which Jorgensen slipped up the inside off of the first bend. It wasnt as if Jorgensen was off of 4 and cut back he was off of gate 2..... and probably couldnt believe his luck
  9. I stand between the start and first bend and I thought Cam ran in to quick and he did touch Andersen so in my opinion it was the right decision as much as it pains me to say
  10. Lambert was poor. Didn’t seem interested when missing the gate. Kerr also was very poor in my opinion Ty did average and Jorgensen was always in the mix Riss was sublime to watch seems to love Foxhall MPT was good value and I thought Andersen was on the pace as well. Good point for the Stars
  11. Three heat leaders scoring only 11 between them at home isn’t good enough
  12. Hate to say this but can see two 5-1’s to Lynn in the last 2 heats... Riss and MPT and then Riss and Lambert.... hope I’m wrong
  13. Throwing points away today and Harris looks like a junior at the moment
  14. First visit for me since last April ..... still the coldest place on earth
  15. Dear lord Poole have a larger fanbase but its known that when the team does poorly the fans stay away
  16. Ah bless you 1. Yes correct but Pooles are worse than most 2. Nope not in the past two seasons but I’ve seen enough on tv. Plus also if everybody is saying the track is poor are they all wrong.... just because I haven’t been doesn’t mean I can’t be right
  17. Poole fans follow through thick and thin that’s the most laughable comment Poole fans are known for disappearing when things don’t go well.... And you are comparing a bank holiday Monday match in the afternoon to a Thursday night one. Most people don’t work bank holiday Mondays and there will be time for people to get home at a sensible time Also Poole fans know they will see a proper meeting in a proper track.... Belle Vue fans aren’t going to get that on Pooles awful track I guess you can’t help but troll
  18. The Poole threads always make fun reading. We have Shovlar expecting Belle Vue fans to do a 500 odd mile round trip on a Thursday evening i would imagine one of 3 things......people will either be at work Thursday....at work Friday or both. This would make it highly unlikely that anyone would travel. Why would anyone take that time off work to watch speedway on the worst track in the league. Add in most people have a family and it would seem unlikely anyone would go. And then we have people moaning about Lidsey.....laughable......young lad first visit to Poole must have shocked him that a track could be that bad
  19. Meeting going as expected with Belle Vue being poor travellers with Wells and the reserves struggling as was always going to happen Still I’m sure later on we will hear how amazing the Poole side is lol
  20. Can’t see Poole throwing his meeting away should be fairly comfortable
  21. Will be happy with a 10 point win Cant see Lambert being as poor as last time and Riss always goes well at our place
  22. Belle Vue weakened by the loss of Berge being replaced by a lower league reserve up against two championship heat leaders in Covatti and Jakobsen.......Poole by 12-15 now
  23. Ipswich quite probably have the best reserves in the league Poole have possibly the second best Ipswich although strong at home are losing away even though the reserves are doing well .....19 point at Kings Lynn yet we lost by 14......14 points at Swindon.......yet we lost by 12........19 points at Wolves yet we lost by 10 Swindon away from home have lost by 2 points .....won easily at Poole by 16.....lost by 6 and lost by 4 taking points in EVERY away match.....The reserves in those 4 matches have totalled only 14 points Please enlighten me how teams with scoring reserves do better...............you surely have some stats to back your claim.
