Birmingham Brummies 2015
Falcon Hammer replied to ProudtobeaBrummie's topic in National League Speedway
Although not ideal, reckon Leicester could be available - Did an amazing job to get the Play-off final on at such short notice -
Sad. Hope they take part in the pairs & team events next year; they did prior to last year

Wow, thanks Lord of the Shale, Xmas has certainly come early this year -
IMO Ellis Perks definitely not ready for PL yet. Bags of potential, and will get around 8 ave at NL next season. Possibly one for 2016

Falcon Hammer replied to Main Man's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Reigning champions Milton Keynes still running a MDL team at Mildenhall next year -
Not confirmed but Jon will put forward to NL AGM - will be looking to add youngsters from training school earlier in the day + jack Kingston, Marc Owen + ??? Good way to keep youngsters on board otherwise will train them & lose them to other NL clubs

Cleggy has been superb this season - one of the biggest improvers. Wonder which PL club will snap him up as reserve for 2015

More On The Decline Of British Speedway
Falcon Hammer replied to keepturningleft's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Somerset are probably the best run speedway club, great honest and hard working promotion, who CARE about their customers. Earlier this year I got stuck in traffic and missed the first half of a meeting - Got reduced admission without having to ask... -
Congratulations Monarchs, unlucky Rebels Thought Summers was unlucky last night, leading Ht5 until he hit the fence L1T2; also made the gate in the first two runnings of Ht13 Ht13 was only ever going to be completed if Monarchs made the gate! - Everyone was trying to go around the outside & when Summers kept making the gate the rest came tumbling down Premier League play-off Finals are definitely the best entertainment of the year. Great stuff

Somerset V Ipswich Fri 10th Oct
Falcon Hammer replied to rustyre bel1's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Wouldn't be too hard on the Ipswich riders Baldyman, Somerset seem to ride the wrong lines at Foxhall. Still got a chance in th KOC & don't need to ride boards there -
Hopefully, if the Elite go with one day Wednesday, there shouldn't be any fixture clashes. National looking excellent next year with Eastbourne & Lakeside hopefully joining Agree with your suggestions about a lower points limit & a reduced higher points limit - the way to go

Coventry Storm V Kent Kings Nl Po Semi Final 2nd Leg
Falcon Hammer replied to Main Man's topic in National League Speedway
Track was awful tonight - over watered & catching nearly all the riders out. (Ref ordered a regrade after Ht2) Lost track of how many falls & reruns, there were tonight. Riders were struggling to turn the bike out of 2 & into 3. Worse meeting I've seen this year. Felt sorry for the riders, with perfect weather, surely it's not too difficult to create a reasonable track, where they don't have to put themseves at risk of injury. Sad to see this at one of the premier tracks in this country Congratulations to James Sarjeant & Dan Greenwood (the only two riders to get to grips with the track) & Danny Ayres for some cracking racing -

I've gone with the line-up from Kenthttp://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/13944/kent-coventry-nlpo-22-30pm With Joe Jacobs in for Ollie & no R/R for Stefan - - should be thereabouts -
Used to be, but not anymore - has improved massively this season. Seen plenty of great overtaking by him, and not afraid to mix it with the big boys now. If I had more money, would be the first I would sponsor

Hope the rowdy speedway fans didn't cause too much trouble
