  2. Not sure what to make of that... Went expecting to get well beaten, half-way through was expecting at least a point, only for the Witches to start gating, and disappointed to get well beaten in the end!?! Thanks to Manzares & Tres for the entertainment tho. Great ride by Tres Ht7: kept showing Tungate his nose on the inside off the exit T2, then on the final lap caught him by surprise and went around the outside - quality
  3. How do the silencers cause crashes? Sorry if this is old news, but new to me
  4. They were both excellent on Sunday, especially in the two races against each other - both races 100% action over 4 laps. If they continue with the same determination, will go far. Good luck to both of them
  5. I love the SGP on Eurosport, agree Andy & Scott are a great combo. Think it's important that Speedway is shown on non-subscription channels. I got back into the sport after watching SGP highlights on (I think) ITV in the 00's. Loving watching the SGP on the box, but nothing compares to LIVE speedway
  6. Sat 19th July Rye House v King's Lynn (either League or KOC) Can't be in two places at once Raiders have already rode at Stoke on 3rd May!
  7. In what way was Woffy being big-headed, still haven't read a good explanation yet? Whenever Tai comes to Lakeside it takes him ages to get to the changing rooms after photos & signings (Same again this year) Has the patience of a saint if you ask me
  8. Hi waco - Did Simon Lambert look more comfortable on the bike tonight? has been getting some decent scores since leaving Rye
  9. Cheers Shadders, was standing on the back-streight T2, great viewing. So close to the action. Wow - couldn't handle a rain-off, so far away, that's soul destroying. Got to admire you still visiting Somerset after the predictable hammerings we get there Can't believe it went to a last heat decider... Can we claim the wooden spoon yet!
  10. Haven't been to Ashfield before, not stupid enough to go with any expectation & being proved right
  11. Tiggers taking this seriously. Track looks great, but no passing! Seems entrance into corners a bit tight. Nice cut-back by Pijper in H9 L1T2
  12. Not such a bad meeting, considering the amount of absent riders - dust did kick-up a bit tho. Well done Ben Morley, tough to get put into the main body of the side, but did so well he took all 4 of his rides. 3. Anders Thomsen was excellent unbeaten by an opponent after his first ride, and great Ht12 cut-back - Great rider, and sure some EL clubs will be looking at him
  13. Rearranged for 04/09 http://www.ryehouserockets.co/fixtures14
  14. Hope they update the Sky planner, Quest still have "Toy Hunters" on at 6pm
  15. Robbo safe & sound - thanks for the pleasure of watching him in a Hammers jacket once again
  16. Weather forecast looks good, should be some good racing tonight. Enjoy watching Przemylsaw Pawlicki - top racer. Go Lewis & Richard
  17. No problem, Lakeside fans still love Robbo, we'll take good care of him. Saw Robbo at Rye yesterday & he was mega (especially T1&2, so much time to pick his lines) Also got a great reception from all the Rye fans
  18. Cheers Tony, enjoy Eastbourne tonight, I'm off to Rye later.
  19. Sounds tempting TOURETTES & Tsunami, but unfortunately the missus needs the car tomorrow, and I don't want to be in the dog house for the rest of the year... Was looking forward to those famous pies as well
  20. Hope the rain abates & the meeting goes ahead. Was looking forward to this, but can't risk a 6hr journey with such a forecast
  21. Forecast shows no more rain & sun is out in North London
