It’s just so sad, my heart sinks when I see that he’s posted. You know it’s going to be a load of rubbish

Putain con, Mais c’est pas vrai ?

Surely it’s time you thought of (yet) another multi so you can troll (yet) another team? It’s getting a bit bit tiresome on the Swindon threads.

I last raced 22 years ago and a half decent (BZ) carb was £550 then. Carb technology has moved on. Of course I could have picked up a 1950’s Wal Phillips injector for £40 and would have spent half my time breaking down, blowing engines and putting out fires. A second hand Blixt (the best out there) can be picked up for £200+ at the moment.

The continuing decline of Speedway
Jonny the spud replied to wealdstone's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
When you can sometimes have weeks without a meeting, of course riders are going to look elsewhere to earn some money. Are they supposed to sit at home with their bikes all ready waiting for British clubs to sort out the calendar? -
Rye house is a dilapidated old stadium. It has been for years. It looks like it was thrown together in the 50’s and hasn’t been touched since. If if one of your biggest selling points is “the best fish and chips in speedway” you know you’re already knee deep in the brown stuff. No one seems to know ( or care) how to bring it into the 21st century in terms of comfort, catering, presentation or anything else that would attract someone to it as an evenings entertainment Its sad but just put it out of its misery. You really are flogging a dead horse

Was that from one of your well placed connections? or are you sitting at home making stuff up as usual ?
