  1. I seem to remember the same being said about Adam last year. ( when people conveniently forget he was riding with a broken wrist) Give Davey time, I’m sure he’ll come good. Believe me. For a young rider to be seeing fans calling for him to be replaced isn’t a good thing.
  2. If you’ve never attended one then you don’t know what you’re missing. Why not try one one and see ?
  3. Well done Rosco and the boys. There are some decent Poole fans out there, unlucky. I’m sure it will come good and look forward to racing you in the play offs.
  4. Maybe not. But it counts a damn sight more than yours.
  5. You have “evidence”, I have a son rode in the heat. I think I know who’s opinion I can count on. bye loser
  6. Again. Interviewed AFTER the event you tool. 14 riders before the event were quite happy for it to go ahead. Two have said after that it probably shouldn’t have. That doesnt make you right, it makes you either a troll or a complete twunt. Before the the event I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. But with hindsight i’m going with both actually. See he what I did there ?
  7. Yes. AFTER the event. Willa grown up please explain the concept of hindsight to MFF and put him to bed for his afternoon nap ?
  8. “ I don’t let BSF run my life” says the man who spends half his life trolling in it. Were you there last night ? ( I was). Did you speak to any of the riders or managers before or after the meeting ( I did) have you read Rosco’s statement? No ? You made up your mind because of something you read on the internet. Riders and managers had the chance to test or protest before heat 1 and no one chose to. They decided to get on with it for the fans who actually get off their ârses and go to meetings rather than the numpties who sit at home criticising. It didn’t work out and unfortunately some riders got injured. Still, some bloke who’s never been on a bike saw something on the internet and is more informed than anyone who was there. Thsts ok then. Sorry. You’re completely right.
  9. Both teams agreed to give it a try. If the riders wanted to give it a go who’s in the better position to judge, the guys putting their neck on the line of some bloke on the internet who’s probably never swung his leg over a bike?
  10. Adam and Scott will be using them at various meetings throughout the season. It’s a work in progress and early signs are very good and
  11. Now now. You’ve already made yourself look a dïck on the Swindon stadium thread, you’ve were asked to back up your statements with proof yesterday and you were forced to admit you made it up. At no point did I say I know it all, I just suggested that as you were on the internet maybe do a little research before shooting something down and criticising it. Youve already made yourself look a fool fool but now there’s no need to lie as well. Maybe you need a lie down ?
  12. Ha ha I’m not mr know it all. But then again I don’t come on here talking down stiff I either don’t know, or can’t be bothered to find out about. I’m waiting for your evidence of it being just another GM or Jawa. Just what does it offer in terms of expense or reliability? What are the service intervals ? Go and ask Gary Drake he’s a nice bloke, he’ll give you all the information you need then you won’t have to come on here and look like you’re just spouting off without any knowledge Thanks for saying Adam is a good kid, im sure if you went to him in the same manner you come on here with he’d be about as bothered as to what you think about him as I am
  13. Godden engines have been around since 1978. This hasn’t just been thrown together, it’s a continuation of development since the mk1. I love the fact that there’s certain people willing to shoot this down without knowing what they’re talking about. Youre online, go and find out some facts about what’s going on before coming on here and making yourself look stupid.
  14. He and Adam have used it so far, they’ve been helping Gary Drake with development since last year. Adam used it for this lakeside meetings . 10+2 away at Peterborough and top scorer on points at the #RICO meeting. They will be using it more throughout the season.
  15. Surely all the money that Matt’s saved on team suits could go towards encouraging the kids ?
  16. I’m not in Bordeaux I’m in Goa. Looks like I’ll be cheering him on from a restaurant then ...
  17. What time does the meeting start ( if it’s still on ) I’m s long way away and trying to work out time zones do that I can follow online.
  18. He and Scott Nichols have been helping with development of the new Godden since last year hopefully it will lead to a return of the engines back into competition
  19. I paid £350 for a racesuit in an auction at the end of last season, the money didn't matter as it went to a rider to help towards this season. It was however pointed out that I paid more than the suit cost brand new. Anyone paying £1,000+ for a suit is either a fool or has convinced some other fool to pay for it.
  20. Great, 99% of riders have their covers and kevlars sorted, I wonder how many have lost out on sponsorship as there's been no TV announcement ? You really have to wonder how a sport can continuously shoot itself in the foot......... Then shoot itself in the other foot just to be sure?
  21. What a shame, I find myself in the UK and only about 5 miles from paradise park. Unfortunately I have to visit my father in hospital tomorrow but was hoping to get back in time to take some of this in only to find that it closes at 4pm !! A celebration that only goes on for 6 hours. Not much of a party ?
  22. Can’t you all predict Swindon for the wooden spoon ? It worked last year.
  23. Most British riders can’t compete with foreigners in terms of equipment as sponsorship seems so hard to come by in the UK. Until a foreign rider turns up that that is and then his bike will be covered in British sponsors. Sigh
