Some memories from last night ... a bit worried after the first two heats, thinking it was going to be a bit of a fight. The absolute pandemonium when we won it the amazing crowd and the fact that so many hung around for the presentation finding out afterwards that when Adam punched the air as he crossed the finishing line he popped his shoulder out and he was crapping himself as he couldn’t drop his arm and grab the bars till halfway round the first bend. The post match “celebration” at Rosco’s pub chatting with the legend Eddie Kid at the pub. Meeting up with fellow board members a very drunk Adam on the drive home watching videos on his phone and saying “ f**k me, I didn’t realise I was riding THAT close to the fence” going to bed at 3am with a huge grin on my face. Can we do it all again next year please ???

It’s unfortunate that the best team is in the final ? I suppose if we’d have sent a NL side you would have been happier?

If I’m not working I always pay to get in and normally pay for the guests I take with me too. But it then again you’re a multi who never goes to a match and just plays with himself on the internet so your opinion counts for nothing

I’ve never watched from the back straight, ( always been in or close to the pits.) I think that could be on the cards for Monday.

No one should ever say it’s a foregone conclusion. Both teams are there on merit and we saw on Wednesday what the weather can do to a meeting. Mrs Spud and I are coming over for both matches and looking forward to meeting up with friends and seeing some ( hopefully) good racing. Now ...... can anyone sort out some sunshine please ?

So you’re a Belle Vue fan, living in Manchester and your team have made a cup final. Their opponents tonight feature a recent world champion and are considered to be amongst one of the top teams in the country. Two top teams racing on what’s said to be the top track in the country and you can’t be bothered. Are you sure youre you’re a speedway fan ?

Obviously I’m biased but Doyle was struggling and Adam has won the last two ht 15’s at home. Still. 3 points it is so we can’t complain..... can we ?

Great to know that any rider can be a complete Bell end now, start a fight and get away with it now that a precedent has been set. Or does it depend who you get on your knees for ?

Passion...... half way through a riders presentation??? if you get to that point before the other team has even been announced you need to either up your medication or find another career

Intending to slide off in heat 3.....? Yes. I’m sure a rider will prepare his bike, drive to a meeting, pay his mechanic and then risk jarring an already injured shoulder and have to clean all his bike / kit off afterwards
