Theyโve replaced a heat leader and a reserve, with a reserve and Hume. Assuming this requires approval by the BSPL, can the BSPL then fined Brum for fielding an under strength team?! ๐

It's nothing to do with match scores, it's all to do with who scored what to be in the additional races. It has been explained clearly, even in the Ipswich reports. The additional event was sponsored by Tru7 Group (the Witches main sponsor), so I'm sure the pay for taking part was worthwhile. People seem to be finding reasons to criticise for the sake of it. -

Klindt will be at #6 for KL in May, with Harris at #1. Cook is fifth in their line-up, and R/R will be Kvech (1 ride), Klindt and Boughen. -

This was a team meeting - the Witches ride as a team. As you know, if you finish behind your teammate are rewarded with a BP, so 8+1 and 7+2 are exactly the same, e.g. a Paid Maximum is the same as a Full Maximum, because the rider has not been defeated by an opponent. It's clear that you have absolutely no interest, so please just go away. -

You have to put up with?! Blimey, you're thinner-skinned than I realised - and don't realise that you're the one with an attitude - otherwise you wouldn't keep sticking your snout in where you clearly don't care. Just stay away, unless a team you support is riding against the Witches - simples. -

Not quite - he made a generalisation about Mancunians. You were specific about Worzel Gummidge on a tractor. Interestingly, I don't think the book specifies where Scatterbrook Farm is, while the John Pertwee series was filmed in Kent, and the Mackenzie Crook version was filmed in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. The only Manc equivalents I can think of would be Liam or Noel Gallagher, although I don't think Worzel would like being compared with two such scruffy individuals ๐ As for tractors, the machines used in Suffolk are impressive bits of engineering, costing from ยฃ100k to upwards of ยฃ350k. As the John Crisp used to sing: "Hev yew evva sin a farmer on a boike?". -

You obviously don't recognise yourself as a troll, despite your best efforts! It was a free event for fans, and the top four Ipswich scorers took part, even if the top four Brummies didn't. I like to think that the Brum Promotion sees everything upside down, so that's why those four turned out ๐ Perhaps you should cheer up and enjoy a bit of fun instead of sticking your snout in somewhere that you clearly don't care about. -

Programmed rides only (i.e. four rides each), including bonus points. Not difficult. As explained by people who made the effort to find out, Doyle and Sayfutdinov were chosen for Heat 15. I don't know how Thompson gained the final place in the Sanders event, having been tied on Paid 9 with those two, but Sayfutdinov even turned down Heat 15, and maybe Doyle decided he was happy with just one more ride after his earlier fall. -

Great to see King have a go at team riding last night, when he left room for Thompson to get past on the outside - in an individual event ๐ -

Heat 4: no battle at all. Jepsen Jensen (apparently on a new engine) gated and Sayfutdinov didn't. Edwards rode a great race to hold Sayfutdinov at the back. -

New Green Sheets come in to force on the 1st of each month, and include a maximum of the last 20 League matches, up to and including the 23rd of the previous month. Because they are Rolling Averages, the most recent scores replace the respective oldest scores, so the average will not necessarily rise or fall in direct relation to current form ... also, it doesn't matter if the scores are home or away, e.g. two recent home scores could replace two old away scores, or vice versa. From what I can see on the speedwaygb website, Cook drops to 5th in the KL averages, and Klindt will be at reserve ... separated by 0.005 !!

I'm not sure why BluPanther laughed at my Brexit comment. The reason why Visas are required is purely down to Brexit. Riders from EU countries used to be able to turn up and ride because they had a right to earn a living in a fellow EU member country. Now the UK treats them the same as riders from any other country, which means the appropriate Visa for their type of employment. It could be there's a long lead time for them to be approved, or it could be that Brum didn't apply in a timely manner. -

Apparently Brum can have a guest up to 75% of Zagar's average, so they've got 5.40 available: Blรถdorn, Howarth, Kemp, or an RS, or someone from the Championship with a qualifying converted average - if any of them are interested and/or available. I'm guessing Hume will have asked for a guarantee, with a bonus if he stays on ... I mean, scores a point or two. -
