Pouring down at the stadium. The rain will last just over an hour. Not holding much hope here.

Looks like the rain is just about to hit as I leave for the track. At least a solid hours worth of rain before a dry period.

I post on Poole threads about my team. If I am biased I have every right to be. This is not trolling, it is simply expressing an opinion. One if you disagree. However, you know as do the rest of us that you dislike Poole, post continuously on Poole threads and normally give feint praise before sticking in the knife in the last sentence. We see this virtually on a daily basis. This is simply trolling. I guess it’s going to be as usual then. Pointless putting out an olive branch if the other side won’t accept it.

Gavan I have currently got you on unblock. Perhaps for once you can be less aggresive in your posts and we can have or at least try to be a little more respectable towards each other.

Unfortunately it looks like the heavy rain pushing up over the channel this afternoon has got our name on it. The forecast hasn’t changed for a few days.

Heeps isn’t usually good at Poole. Who can take his rides? King, Allen, Kennett and KP? In which case Ipswich will not be doing the rain dance!

Forecast hasn’t improved with heavy rain to hit around 7pm. Fingers crossed it’s running late.

What was Cook doing on a bike when the intros were only half way through. Being disrespectful. Red light on by the ref. Flag man told to stop him. Cook ran him over then shoulder charged him. A guy went up and told Cook he was out of order. Got a punch in the head for his troubles. Then the fracas started. Can only lay the whole sorry mess on Cooks shoulders. Should be banned for the rest of the season and fined.

Cook was stopped on the 4th bend. Just passed here is where intros take place and people were standing. Easy solution. No bikes on track during parade.

RR for Heeps on this occasion helps Ipswich at Poole where Heeps normally struggles. It means Kennett, KP and King can take his rides! We should still get the points but it will be much closer.

Are you aware of what led up to this fracas? the intros were taking place. The Glasgow team were announced. As the announcer went to introduce the home team, Cook and two other riders then decided go disrespect the crowd and Eastbourne by starting their bikes and riding away. The ref put the red light on. There were families and children standing on the track by the introductions. The start marshall tried to stop Cook and his two honchos from riding close to the people on the track by stopping them. Cook then threw a wobbly and nearly ran over a flag marshall. Rather than apologise to the trackman, he shoulder barged him, physically assaulting him in front of hundreds of people. The start marshall was doing nothing but protect people standing on the track. Cook should not have been sitting on his bike riding it. He should have beennstanding waiting for intros to finish. I don’t have an agenda against Cook. Can take him or leave him. But clearly he was the cause of the whole mess. If he had acted with sense and due diligence none of this would have occurred. A more feisty marshall would have lamped Cook one.

Currently a threat of rain for Thursday. Hopefully the forecast will change.

As I just posted, Ipswich bubble well and truly popped. Where’s Gavan? Banned or just hiding?

First of all hope Heeps injury isn’t serious and he is fit to ride on Thursday. But it’s looking like the bubble has well and truly burst at Ipswich. They exceeded all expectations in the first half of the season but now seem to be reverting to what people actually expected pre season. KP at reserve should be banging in huge scores. But it’s not happening for some reason.

The flag marshal was attempting to stop Cook and the other two who rode off from the introductions before the home team had been announced. The marshal was under orders to stop Cook who should have been standing waiting for the intros to finish. Cook needs a ban and fine for ignoring the officials orders. Bang out of order.
