Well we were without Covatti and NBJ who would have seen off Berge, and Richie’s rides picked a meagre 4 points. He would have done that or probably more judging by your team tonight. Have to say I don’t see BV in the playoffs. Hope I am wrong.

Shows how good Pirates rode tonight as we we never likely to compete very well in 13 and 15. But the job was done earlier and what a delightful victory. If we can choose in the playoffs we will definitely be back up to Manchester if Belle Vue are top 4. (Doubtful) Well done to the whole team. Our guests did OK but Covatti would have filled his boots tonight. Happy as Larry. Shut that door!

Against fricke And Bjerre?

Pirates problem is clearly heats 13 and 15. We have no real answer to Fricke and Bjerre in these heats. That’s an 8 point swing in just two heats.

Bickley strengthens Belle Vue up no end. Knows the track inside out. Bellle Vue’s to lose now.

The fallacy is that NCC is an easy track to ride with no home advantage. Riders have to have the right setup or they are going to be nowhere. Hence Belle Vue having their home advantage. Pirates have a chance of a win tonight but would have much preferred our official 1-7 than guests and r/r. Still a win will take us closer to the top of the league where I believe we have every chance of finishing. I will take a point tonight and three on Thursday.

Wells will probably ride as a Guest! And I doubt Ricky would be laughing at another rider breaking his arm.

Think we have a good chance tomorrow.

The loss of Nico is a huge blow as he has been scoring well at reserve and the BV track wold have suited him well. Becker is a talent but still learning his trade. Etheridge was dropped by BV for not scoring so no advantage there. Richie struggles at BV but only Josh and the reserves can take his rides. We need one of the reserves to step up to the plate. Difficult to win without scoring 6 or 7.

Hearing Nico might have got away without a bad injury with just bruised ribs. Out for a couple of weeks and no longer hopefully.

Why would you ‘let us back in’ when we could already be in the lead? Poole are a better team than Belle Vue. You might beat us on Monday but I would fancy us over two legs in the playoffs.
