I see that Brady went through the card again in the latest round of the Aussie Championship. He really is a cut above the opposition in this event. Got pipped by a fast gating Holder in the final but virtually unbeatable. In fact Holder is the first rider to beat him over 4 laps this championship. The only points Brady has dropped is for an exclusion and EF. Let’s hope he comes into the speedway season over here in similar devastating form and battles to retain his number one berth.

And why do two very long journeys a week to the other end of the country when Poole is just 15 miles up the road?
-
Both Poles are going to do very well. You should catch up with some Polish meetings on Youtube. Plenty there to see their potential. Think Woryna will be challenging for heat leader next season.
-
I know you are a fan of Hans but he really is a journeyman nowdays, cramming in as many meetings as possible so he doesn’t need to average high. At times last year he was poor, being beaten easily by the worst rider in the league, Smith, at Belle Vue. younger, more hungry riders needed with the desire to try and win every heat. The time was right for Hans to move on.

Musielak ladt season? No difference.

Is this Mr Brundle at all related to the ex racing driver Martin Brundle?
-
Easy to say that but I doubt anyone would have expected KK to be so pathetic. Looking at the lineups Swindon are nowhere near strong enough to retain next season. No big improvers and no big hitting reserves. Looks like last year was a blip and its back to mediocrity for the Robins. While normal service resumed for Pirates? Looking possible.
-
Worralls starting average?
-
More a case of DC being extremely bothered about the look of the Poole team that's so far been assembled and hoping against all hope for a chink of light for his beloved Robins. With Leicester already looking stronger than Swindon and Poole likely to match, Swindon might scrape into the playoffs with their current team. But that's about it.
-
But wasn’t that lifted ? Someone told me a couple of days ago they saw him walking through Poole down towards the quay but I dismissed it as mistaken identity. Perhaps it was him after all.
-
Hopefully Have big enough gonads to refuse planning permission at every attempt Brandon Estates make.
-
In which case it could be down to around 7 taking discount into hand. Will ride as a second string if it goes through.
-
But surely he only wants to ride for Wolves? What is he doing signing for Poole? A Turncoat? What is His current EL average?
-
Well he hasn’t ridden here for a couple of seasons so there’s some discount there. 7.85 sounds about right.
-
Good news on the way?
-
Probably thinks he is too good for it?
-
Yes.

CH retweeted the Poole twitter video announcing his return. as for this Hancock thing, rings of Hancock/Hamill hock up a while back. Team Exide?
-
So looking at his twitter, Chris Holder has got himself into a spot of bother.
-
Shanes plus a rider up to 7.85. Making Chris Holder a second string. So Hampel plus Shanes, or Kolodziej plus shanes, or Madsen plus Shanes fits.
-
Its all down to Poland. If the 3 club rule is relaxed Shanes will be in. But if not then Matt has other options which might mean there are more or less points available, like he said in todays Echo. Might be 2 5 pointers rather than an 8 and a 2.

Bournemouth Echo BOSS Matt Ford welcomed back Chris Holder to the Pirates septet and then admitted he could not imagine the former world champion slipping the net again. Having been overlooked for 2016 due to his mammoth 12.53 average, five-time Elite Leaguewinner Holder has agreed to a 10th season at Poole following a tumultuous campaign at King's Lynn. And having finally got his man, Ford is desperate to ensure the 30-year-old remains part of the team beyond this year. Ford told the Daily Echo: "It is a pleasure to have Chris back. He spent a season away which I can assure people was to do with the multiplication of the averages last year. "I believe Chris Holder and Poole Pirates fit together hand in glove and I don't think it's any surprise that we didn't make the play-off final without him. It's also clear to see that Chris had his poorest year in speedway yet. "I'm very comfortable having him back. He is part of the furniture. Having let him slip the net once, I can't imagine it would happen again but of course rules and financial circumstances do dictate things at times, as they did last year. "I hadn't put together a single team for this year which didn't have him in it so while it's taken longer than I would have hoped, I never had any thoughts of Chris not lining up for the Pirates this year. "We're also speaking about a longer partnership to make sure what happened in 2017 does not happen again." The arrival of the 7.16-rated charger signals the end of a lengthy winter pursuit. Holder had been keen to race alongside younger brother and Poole asset Jack but with the latter not part of Ford's plans, a link-up at Wimborne Road was not feasible. Jack instead joined Somerset and although the Rebels were believed to be interested in a loan swoop for his older sibling, Ford did not wish to sanction a second Holder loan departure. Ford added: "I've already gone on record to say that the delay between myself and Chris was not anything financial. Chris wanted to enhance his brother's career and felt it would have been better being in the same team in 2018. Unfortunately, I had done the team in a different way this year. "I respect Chris's point of view. It was never that he didn't want to join Poole, it was only that he felt he would be able to help his brother's career by being with him. "But I am pleased that Chris has understood the club's needs. In the long term, I am hoping the two of them will both be here."

He says "he shoulda been with me".

Lol! Poole team looks far superior to Swindons in every single department. You are kidding yourself if you think otherwise. Roll on our trip to Blunsdon.
